I ordered in the midst of covid19. Took about 6 days to get my order fulfilled and arrived in about 4 days. Order was complete and securely packed.

I ordered a lot of skincare and beauty products on Ulta on 7/27. It took me just a few days to recieve myy package which is on 7/31. I am very suprised by how fast it was. My box is packed carefully and neatly too. I will definitely order from Ulta again !!

I went to store 1201 looking for a hair product! There were totally sold out . I asked a salesperson about the product and she checked the shelves for me and said that that item was out of stock. Then she proceeded to look through three boxes that has not been shelved yet to check. The item was not in there . Michaela Krummel(sales person) said that she could call or text me when product arrived! She did exactly that exemplary customer service!!!

I had a bad experience with them or I'd be giving them a higher rating. I went to return a item right after chemo. Yes, I looked awful but that doesn't give no one the right to treat me bad. Made me feel less then AA piece of gum on the bottom of her shoe. Told me if I needed money that bad to stand on the corner with the rest of the bums! I had my receipt and just wanted to exchange the product. This was a awful person.

I went to the Ulta on Cattleman in Sarasota today. I needed some me time. I was so excited to get away from my 3 children and just shop! I am new to Ulta and I was so excited!!!! I was looking around and thought about getting my hair done so I asked the girl standing at the salon for the prices. She was very much inconvenienced because whatever movie she was watching was more important than doing her job. She was so rude and definitely made me feel like I was stupid to not know the answers to my questions. I walked away very offended and almost left. But I decided to look at straighteners. Good thing I did because another employee (I didn't get her name) came and was very kind. She changed my attitude about the store. Until right now. I was looking on the app at the totes that are free with a $75 purchase. When I got to the front to pay I asked the girl about the totes, she said it isn't in that store. That Ulta is trying to encourage people to shop online and that the totes are not in the store. Well according to what I just checked the store does have the totes in stock. I spent $342. I feel like they shouldn't treat me like I dont belong... I am a paying customer. I am not rude at all. I am actually very friendly. I am very offended by my visit there today. Which really sucks because I absolutely love what I seen there and now I dont want to go back!

Ordered online and picked up products the same day, which was great.However, when I went in for the products and stopped a Sales Girl to ask about having my brows done, she kept walking as she told me I needed to make an appointment. Definately felt like I was being blown off. I followed and asked if I could make an appointment. "Sure, I'll get somebody," was her response. A few minutes later, she shows up with the appointment book. They usually do good work, when they actually do it.

The * worst company I have had to deal with. I applied for their Master card before COVID, got approved and used it month later for gifts, etc outside their business. Upon approval one is supposed to get the 20% off coupon. I didnt, I called, and the specialist was helpful. I reached platinum within the month, and supposedly got the extra points that comes with the status. I spent over $1000, I had over $50 rewards points. I paid my bill in full, was perusing their site and checking my account post bill. My points had disappeared! I emailed them immediately, no response. I called them 48 hours later for followup, professional email allotted time, and I got excuse of 1 week turn around for answer + the assurance a supervisor would call me back. I called again, to get the run around and reminder excuse that a supervisor would return my request within a week (on my 2nd call 2 weeks after issue). Officially a week and a day, after they supposedly made my issue high priority, and still no call-back. My sister and others said they suck, and I didn't listen. Be prepared to follow up and double check your rewards if you're not already anal. I don't scream at customer service, looking for an answer not high blood pressure and was told I messed up and 'should have used their app, not their website'... why even have an app then??****August Update: on my 5th call, the rep (quit making excuses for previous specialist who hung up on me or was unable to reach a supervisor) immediately I was connected to a supervisor and after 13min waiting in call line, Alejandra fixed the issue in 2min it took me to log into my email and rewards account. I used my points on needed brushes instead of saving them towards expensive skin care later on.... in case this happens again.

I was hesitant to find a new stylist for a Keratin or a Brazilian blowout.I decided to go with Karen at the Juban road Ulta by Denham Springs, La.She turned out to be AWESOME!!SOOOO glad I chose her.She very pleasant, professional & answered all my questions honestly. She also helped me out with a great shampoo for care for my Keratin Treatment, since I chose the wrong one.Again, Karen is AWESOME!!I believe she'll be my new stylist for all my hair needs from now on..Karen, YOU ROCK!
