Current Ulta Coupon Codes June 2022

I've been an avid ulta rewards member and shopper for going on I years now and at first eveything qas great, but starting this year I keep getting orders with missing items. My past order I ordered 14 items from the 21 days of beauty sale. Of my 14 item a I only recieved 3 of them and they were the gifts that came with the purchase of the items I bought. There was only 1 tracking number, so the items did not ship separately. The order slip also only says 3 items. I called and they reordered my items, but 4 items are now out of stock. How does anyone misplace 11 items. This ridiculous. It's like evey other order something is missing.

The Ulta Store in Fort Worth off Heritage trace is awesome! Staff always veryfriendly and helpful! I had a spiral perm done yesterday, it looks amazing and I love it! Morgan did an excellent job!

I've always ordered from Ulta and never had a problem. I've been a Platinum Rewards member since 2015 and never experienced something bad at all. I usually order Shiseido skincare products, TonyMoly masks, Pureology hair care products and sometimes fragrances online. I also always go to the stores close to my house (Houston, TX) and all the staff seems nice every time I need assistance with makeup and hair products. I saw a lot of people complaining about their costumer service or about not receiving their free gift sets with their online purchases, but once again, I never had any problems with that. I've always received my gifts and highly recommend you waiting to place order on Wednesdays to take some special cool sample sets.

The new Ulta in St Cloud Florida is great. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. A special shout out to the hair stylist Nicki and the Mac make-up specialist Manny both did an excellent job with my hair and make-up for a wedding. I will be going back often!

Nancy was awesome at Hodgkins ulta. She was compassionate and kind with a very sensitive issue. I was losing my hair...and my mind. But she helped me feel better and was willing to take back product that didn't work. She's the best!!

I visited the Ulta store on Old Country Road, in Nassau County. I am a mom and grandma in my 50’s and i went there to play with some make up and skin care and to purchase a few cosmetic items i needed. I found the store bright and full of life and activity. I was helped by a gorgeous and energetic young woman named Delilah. She knew everything about every product and directed me to products just right for me.. i purchased all her recommendations. The fact that she is so approachable and charismatic makes her a true asset to the store.. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly with an inviting smile and personality... And she made me feel good about myself. Thank u Delilah :)

Ulta.com and in stores. Is always a wonderful experience! Any problem ive ever had in store or delivery. They have always gone above and beyond to fix and make right. I never have long wait times to get someone on the phone or in store. They do great deals and coupons. And I literally can't think of one bad thing about them. Even when just something was outta stock on store and I was mistakenly told it was there. They gave me a gift card for the problem and free shipping to have it shipped to me instead. And I can list many others examples or just a wonderful shopping experience. And anytime I've ever had a product question. The people that work there were always right there to help. Abd clearly knew what they where talking about. Business should take a page outta ultas book. Only thing is is recently They out sourced there phone customer service and there was certain things they didn't know how to do. But im sure with time they'll get it. And it still got done it just took alot of transferring me around

The * worst company I have had to deal with. I applied for their Master card before COVID, got approved and used it month later for gifts, etc outside their business. Upon approval one is supposed to get the 20% off coupon. I didnt, I called, and the specialist was helpful. I reached platinum within the month, and supposedly got the extra points that comes with the status. I spent over $1000, I had over $50 rewards points. I paid my bill in full, was perusing their site and checking my account post bill. My points had disappeared! I emailed them immediately, no response. I called them 48 hours later for followup, professional email allotted time, and I got excuse of 1 week turn around for answer + the assurance a supervisor would call me back. I called again, to get the run around and reminder excuse that a supervisor would return my request within a week (on my 2nd call 2 weeks after issue). Officially a week and a day, after they supposedly made my issue high priority, and still no call-back. My sister and others said they suck, and I didn't listen. Be prepared to follow up and double check your rewards if you're not already anal. I don't scream at customer service, looking for an answer not high blood pressure and was told I messed up and 'should have used their app, not their website'... why even have an app then??****August Update: on my 5th call, the rep (quit making excuses for previous specialist who hung up on me or was unable to reach a supervisor) immediately I was connected to a supervisor and after 13min waiting in call line, Alejandra fixed the issue in 2min it took me to log into my email and rewards account. I used my points on needed brushes instead of saving them towards expensive skin care later on.... in case this happens again.

I love all ulta's stuff that I have gotten! :)Things there are just over the top *expencive*

I have no complaints, everything arrived in good condition.
