Boden Coupon First Order June 2021

Boden is my favorite clothing store and my daughter's. I absolutely love everything in the line. No matter what we buy there, we get compliments on. They were my go to place for high quality well made and beautifully designed clothing and favorite jeans. The lure for me was that they still offered jeans and paths in all cotton with very few man made fibers mixed in. That's changed over the past year. I ordered about ten styles of pants and shorts for my daughter and although they all looked fantastic, they didn't feel great, due to whatever they were using with the cotton.I think all suits should have lined pants, their's frequently don't -another pet peeve. If poly fabric blends don't bother you, you will likely be happy, we don't so only one pair worked out for us- something that has never happen in all the years I have shopped with them. I think the amount of returns could be cut in half, if they showed clear closeups shots of the fabrics in their collection. It would be helpful.I have a wide back so wish that there was a bit more room across the back in their jackets and suits. They seem to be designed for rail thin bodies. I have maxed out size wise this year, which saddens me, andI wish there was more size equity in the line. It's 2020, shouldn't we be making stylish garments for everyone's body type, not just thin women?I loved all of their children's clothing and accessories, so much that it made me sentimentally sad when daughter grew out of the children's line as most of what she wore was made by Boden. Not a single garment, I purchased from Boden wore out. Incredibly well made and the perfect investment, if you have younger children to pass them down to, in the family. They could cover a few childhoods worth of washing and wear, they are that well constructed. They were always the best of the best, when it came to upper line children's clothing. I've even been know to buy the children's hats and scarves for myself when the patterns were appropriate. Their bathing suits are another fantastically well made items that didn't loose elastic, or fray.The cotton socks, tights and leggins were big favs of ours. Their fabric construction has changed, but then they started to use something else in the socks and leggins, so they don't feel as soft. A friend refers to that feeling in socks as "plastic socks." Wish they would go back to however they were making them, as they were buttery soft and cozy and like no other brands socks. Now I order them each year, hoping against hope that they will feel the same way they used to, they don't and get returned.Excellent customer service. I have been shopping with Boden for 17 years and never come across a bad customer service rep, in all those years. They are wonderful. The wait times for phone service can be overly long.Prices are always very expensive, but I don't mind paying it as everything is so well made and never go out of style. I often wish they would just knock a little off everything rather than have the massive sales. You have to be watching for the sale and I don't have that patience. I also wish they would extend the teen line to cover all the teen years as kids grow so quickly, paying adult prices for clothing they are going to only be wearing for a single season or year is too hard to swallow.

All the clothes I ordered on Boden have a high quality. At first I thought it was expensive, but they are made very well and wear well. I recommend!

I have been a loyal Boden customer since my teenagers were toddlers. I love their clothes. If you love madewell jcrew brands you will love Boden. Outstanding quality and always different designs. If you want timeless pieces that you will wear for years to come because of their styling and quality that will hold up do give them a try. Yes they are admittedly priced higher but as they say you get what you pay for. No they are not fast fashion so it won’t be cheap but also not the cheap quality of other brands. Above all their customer service is hands down the best around. What other brand offers returns up to 90 days and exchanges up to a full year!! Think of Boden as an online Nordstrom. They truly stand behind their name and products. The few times over the years I have had any issues they have always gone out of their way to help. I discovered Boden USA about 2 months ago. I read several reviews before purchasing. My first purchase was a pair of jeans and a dress that looked like what Megan Markle wore once. This was back early March.That order took around 3 weeks to receive. Pants a little tight, but okay. Dress fit perfectly.My second order was early May. I ordered a coat and another dress. The coast arrived less than one week later, and the dress in about 10 days. The coat was beyond my expectations; extremely high quality, beautiful lining, gorgeous; but it ran way too big.(I should have read the reviews that warned me about that). The dress, again, fit great.I returned the coat and am awaiting a refund. Returns are free.I find the clothes of exceptional quality. I will buy again and again from them. It's nice to know you're getting something made well, instead of always getting "Ross" quality elsewhere.

I found a VERY handsome tweed windowpane sport coat at Boden USA online, and at an unbelievably good price on sale. So I took a chance on a company based abroad (I live in NYC) and ordered online. It arrived faster than I expected, the quality is quite good, and it fits like a glove! It gets many compliments. So I've bookmarked their website for future browsing. Regular prices are a bit high, but I'll be keeping an eye out for sales. I'm always willing to pay a bit more for high quality and real non-polyester materials. Cheers.

I just bought two dresses and I LOVE them. Most importantly, the quality of the products is incredible. I also received the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Shoot, I think I just posted my review under Boden UK instead of USA. Here is my review, reposted:I love Boden. Some of their prints and colors might be a bit too exuberant for me, but the design and quality of their clothing is really top notch, especially relative to a lot of other similarly-tiered brands (J. Crew, Ann Taylor, etc.) whose quality has dropped precipitously in recent years. Even though Boden is primarily an online shopping experience for me because of where I live, and it doesn't have the benefit of creating the type of concrete tactile/visual experience that a brick and mortar store automatically can, it still somehow manages to craft a really enjoyable shopping experience through sort of quirky, joyful, spirited emails, beautifully/carefully-packaged shipments, seemingly lovingly placed details in clothing (trims, linings, cuts, overall designs), a thoughtful website, and truly positive customer service phone interactions. One gets the sense that one is shopping in a very personal, almost intimate environment. Boden has really done a brilliant job creating a quality brand. Going back to customer service - I specifically sought out a site to post business reviews because I just had yet another really wonderful phone interaction with them. I have only called them ~3 times in the ~8 years I have been shopping with them - Once to iron out a mistake on their part (most recent call), once to iron out a mistake on my part, and maybe once just to ask questions). Every one of those times has been a delightful experience. Yes, delightful. Not just good or generically positive, but actually a delight. Customer service representatives are not merely polite or pleasantly neutral, but they actually convey kindness. Most recently, they shipped me the wrong colored item. When I called, the representative owned up to Boden's mistake, apologized, and immediately placed a shipment for the correct color BEFORE I had even repackaged the incorrectly colored item let alone shipped it back. I truly appreciated this because the color I wanted had initially sold out shortly after I ordered it, but had recently reappeared online in low-stock, and I was worried I would miss out on the item completely. The icing on the cake was that the item was shipped with premium shipping. My experience with other similarly-tiered brands is that they will do the minimum to address a mistake on their part. They might merely replace your item ONCE you have returned it, IF it is still in stock. Or, if an item has run out, they may merely apologize with empty, rote words. Because of Boden's track record with me over the years, I truly trust and enjoy the company. I do not have the money to buy a lot from them - just a few pieces on sale each year, but it is worth the investment for me - investment in quality clothes, as well as investment in supporting a good, decent company.

I ordered the slim fit chinos in mint, the color is great, the fit is perfect and I get compliments every time I wear them. I will definitely order from them again, they have an easy return policy and great customer service over the phone.
