Service I expect

Although I have had a delivery cancelled the day before it was due, it was the company delivering the item that was at fault. I contacted customer services and spoke to a gentleman that refunded my delivery fee immediately and is monitoring the situation.I didn't expect such good service after the disappointment of not having my delivery on time. I felt like a valued customer.

Luckly I have had no problems with asda online or in asda living stores. I find the clothes a little plain but they have larger waist sizes than most other superstores which is great for me

Surprised at all the bad reviews.

I have ordered from Asda Directs website twice now and have had no issues. I had to call Customer Service through a fault of my own, at first there was a language barrier but the woman was helpful and did sort my problem quickly. I am really pleased with my purchases, they arrived on time and in great condition. I would definitely recommend and I will be ordering from them again. Love when they have the sales on. Thank you Asda! :)

Excellent service

Paid via Paypal and collected the item in store. Perfect.

I ordered a Mini NES from Direct Asda and a few days after the item was available to collect it in store, went in, typed the code necessary, the employee came with the item, I showed some ID and I got it.Can't really say anything bad about Direct Asda or its employees since they were all wonderful and helpful.Although, it is pretty shocking to see how low the score of Direct Asda is on Trustpilot. I did not expect this.

Bed problem

Recently bought a new bed from Asda and there was a part missing, a vital part, the slats that go under the mattress. Won't go into all the details but after emails and phone calls to very pleasant people, the problem was finally solved and we were given vouchers to compensate for our trouble so yes, in the end, a good service. Thank you.

Bad service rectified

My first experience of shopping with a home delivery from Asda was very disappointing with incorrect items delivered causing me considerable distress as I had just undergone major surgery rendering me unable to drive for a few weeks. However, despite having the wrong goods delivered after speaking with Asda representative and explaining how inconvenient the experience had been, the problem was remedied promptly and courteously. Had I not received such polite and expeditious actions I may well have decided to not use their service again, however, fair play to the rep who was very considerate and efficient. At the end of the day we can all make mistakes, these are merely an opportunity to demonstrate genuine customer care whicch Asda did on this occasion, thank you.

Delivery on the day booked product could be better

Had two fans delivered, both had to be sent back as the quality wasn't very good. Delivery however was good and on the day booked.
