I was googling how to post a review on Abercrombie of something I bought and I came across this site and was shocked by the negative reviews! I order from A&F on a very regular basis (like 3 times a month). I have never had an issue with something not being delivered or trying to get a refund on something I returned online. I live in the US so maybe experiences are different in other countries but I would be surprised by that as they have really wonderful customer service. Quality is for the most part pretty good for the price you pay for their clothes; and I have to stay really really cute on trend stuff! Once in a while I’ll get something I pay $100 dollars for and when I get it, doesn’t seem up to par but that’s pretty rare. Anyway, that’s just my opinion…. And a lot of others (look at the reviews of items online) again, just surprised to see this. Happy shopping ;)

abercrombie has significantly improved in terms of style and quality since their earlier years. however, they need to offer free returns if they want to keep up with the world of covid-era online shopping. also, they should drop their stupid logo completely, or at least not hide the fact that a product has the logo on it when advertising it to a customer.

I'm surprised by the poor reviews. Abercrombie is what it is, it isn't some high-end brand. It's everyday wear and for the affordable price point, I have found the quality great and all of my purchases from A&F have ended up lasting past expectation.I typically order online but sometimes pop in-store. I prefer shopping online with Abercrombie as they often have Online Exclusive pieces that aren't in the stores and you also get to avoid the horrible cologne which can be detected half way across the mall, hoards of teenage girls giggling about and pompous sales associates.I am probably older then their target market but I still like Abercrombie for their basics - their basic t-shirts (no logo) and sometimes they have cute sundresses and skirts. I find their denim to fit quite nicely too, unlike, Levi for example, which I have never understood the hype behind (their jeans are STIFF). Anyway, back to Abercrombie.My online experience has always been great. I have had to return once or twice and the return process went smooth (I'm located in Canada). They have never mixed up my order/given wrong sizes or items or anything like that and I often place larger orders when I do order. I placed an order on Black Friday and received my package December 10th so it took just over 2 weeks to arrive. Not too bad, though a bit past the estimated date of arrival. I understand this is a busy time of year though!Loving everything I bought. Their t-shirts are so soft.

I bought abercrombie for my daughter by their webshop. Even though I am on the other side of the atlantic sea, I recieved my package quicly and all the way through the contact with abercrombie I felt save about when, where and that i might had to pay tax... No surprices - nice and save to buy through Abercrombie webshop - I know ill do it again.

I bought a dress here for less cost than in a mall. The quality is excellent, the speed at which it arrived was fast and the communication was perfect.

my favorite companymost of my wardrobe is from them. fast shipment and no issues with the returns. only downside is that they cut 5 euros when you return something which is a bummer.you can find reformation styles of summer dresses for a fraction. i find summer collection far better than winter stuff.

Icon shorts have arrived. Great quality and design. Took two weeks to arrive but they won’t be needed for a while so it didn’t matter. The only issue is (and it doesn’t matter to me on this occasion) that they don’t refund p and p for purchases and and you have to pay for returns which really doesn’t encourage online ordering as their sizes are all over the place.
