I just wrote a rather scathing review of a pathetic company. NOW, I'm going to write a review of a business that is tops in my mind. I started dealing with Zzounds around the middle of 2017. In the almost three years they have enabled me to obtain music gear I would have only dreamed of years ago. They have the best and easiest financing in the business! They ship and deliver within two days- AT NO COST! NOTE: On some cheaper items, the two day might cost a couple of dollars. AND, during the Holiday season they note shipping delays are possible. If you order during business hours- IT GOES OUT THAT DAY. Order on Monday, your enjoying the device on Wednesday! Their prices are competitive with any other online company- PERIOD! AND, should you need advice or have a problem they are easy to reach and extremely helpful. And, you are kept up to date on your order. You get immediate e-mail updates on the orders, shipment etc. Just top notch. I haven't done a tally lately, but in the almost 3 years I have purchased over $10,500.00 worth of musical equipment- AND none of it was faulty. I have sent back "zero" items! No, they don't carry "everything" but then nobody does. But, they do carry a lot! And they post reviews on equipment + or -! I have nothing bad to say about their operation, it is first rate, professional and has done very well by me. Nothing but praise!

Great selection of musical instruments and DJ / audio products. Ability to make affordable monthly payments same as cash, not like rip-off rent-to-own companies. Prices are great. Shipping is very fast. Just wish that Zzounds sold photography equipment and supplies as well.

I've been writing and recording music since 1984. I currently write commercially licensed music. I play a myriad of instruments and I have found zZounds to be the "best" in regards to prices and customer service. There has also been times, that this company "priced matched" for me, and a few times when I "really" needed to get an item for the music that I write, they helped me out. I am a musician and songwriter and I'm in the middle of recording my 2nd solo album. I play all the instruments on this LP (it has always been my dream) and I am recordinging it in my newly built home studio. Love these guys! They are very competitive in prices and will match a legitimate ad if it's cheaper elsewhere. Great selection on so many things from guitar picks to DAWs to stage equipment. What I really appreciate about zZounds are the no credit check , no interest PAY AS YOU PLAY payments. This has helped me out so much allowing me to get items I normally wouldn't be able to otherwise and make my musical dreams come true ( yeah that sounded dumb didn't it?).
