Wordpress.com is pretty awesome. I love the app for the mac. But sometimes it’s buggy. For example, in the app smart quotes don’t work. And when I write something in the app, then edit it in the browser-based version, I have to go back and change every quote and apostrophe through out my piece.That’s frustrating.So I prefer using the browser-based version.Writing on the browser-based version is awesome. So are all the other tasks needed to create a nice piece. I like the native video hosting service, but it’s not recognized by sites like Medium.com or tumblr, so it’s kind of worthless to me because most of my readers are not coming to my blogs to read my content. They’re reading on places like Tumblr and Medium.com.The update process is pretty easy. But sometimes it’s clunky. Yesterday for example, even though the update of a certain app had been completed, the update icon still appeared beside my website name. That’s annoying.I really really like that I can manage all my websites in one interface. That’s just awesome. Cool too is that I can switch between them easily. WP.com keeps all my drafts organized and it allows me to easily find and link older posts into my new ones, which is a great reference tool.There are so many features and functions I like about WordPress. I love that I can work from my computer or my phone and that the two fairly easily synch up. I love the social media sharing function, which allows me to sent my content all over the internets.There’s a lot of stuff I haven’t even used yet. So I’m looking forward to exploring that. ATM, I wouldn’t consider any other process for communicating to the world. It’s pretty good.

If you use business plan they will give you back up system that is easy to go back to a previous state.Yes, it has less flexibility if compared with self-hosted solution, but it will give you more convenience if you don't need to do advanced customization.They also have amazing support by their Happiness Engineers.

I upgraded my account because under the free plan my blog postings were almost obliterated with ads. What had been taking place is that non-WordPress advertisers began approaching me to allow THEIR advertising to be attached onto my blog page (something I would never allow) and things became hostile when I refused them.

I have a love hate relationship with this company. It is basically good but sadly they can't stop 'improving' the site in ways that make it more difficult to use, such as the new block editor. Or constantly retiring their templates when it's not necessary - they don't look that different and they are not difficult to adapt so why not have a larger library? There are quite a few things that Wordpress (Automaticc) should actually have improved but they haven't bothered about. I am stuck with them now as they are overall good to use but it is annoying that hey are way over-priced and like most companies these days far too greedy for money.

UPDATE: My problem was resolved so quick I didn't realize it had happened. Thank you for the quick response.I created an account in error. I submitted my concern to Wordpress and it has not been resolved. I am enjoying the actual website I am actively using. I would increase my rating to 5 stars if I could resolve the second account and receive a refund for a site I don't even use.
