Everything was great!
My english is not too good but still i want to give a review. I booked tickets for a show in July, paid by paypal and got the etickets right away.Now the show got cancelled due to covid 19. Vivid seat sent emmediatly a credit.When I mentioned that I wanted a refund instead of the credit, i got my money just two days later. Thank you for handling everything professional! My wife went to New York to see the Knicks and all went smoothly. I was so panicky about it all. Tickets were emailed, they worked and all just a seamless process. I know some are dubious as they aren't as well known but I would buy from them again. Seemed to be a little more competitive than others also.
