Ordered Wedding Save the Date magnets, Wedding Invites, RSVP Cards and matching custom envelopes 4 months ago. They are AMAZING quality, arrived in a week and they were 50% off! Sadly my wedding is postponed due to COVID 19. VistaPrint offered to make me a new order of everything all the same but with the new wedding date Absolutely Free!! I have used this company for 6 years and from day one they have been fantastic. I order quite a few products for my business and have always had a great experience. I was pretty shocked by the negative reviews tbh (which is really why I'm writing this ). From the amount that I've bought there has been one issue with a slightly wonky business card print, I contacted their customer service - the girl was wonderful, and I had a full replacement order sent within the week. I've been seduced a couple of times by cheaper companies but always regretted ordering from them as the quality was seriously inferior. Thanks Vista Print!

Yes, the setup I found not easy, but I found the several others I tried, hard. I had a simple job. The cards arrived today. The basic card I bought is thick. The printing crisp. Delivery time not fast, but I did not pay extra, it turned up when they said, so OK.I am sure others have sound reasons for their complaints, bt for me, I'm delighted. 5/5. I'll be back.

I truly cannot believe the quality of the 11x17 poster prints I ordered. Phenomenal high definition, photoshop realistic textures, unbelievable clarity. This is a rave review and honestly I underestimated vistaprint. Absolutely will be ordering again.

Excellent customer service! Annoyingly I made a spelling mistake after ordering 2250 business cards and flyers! My mistake and after chatting online to an agent, they credited me the cost back to my account for me to edit them and reorder! Fantastic. So pleased! Will definitely be using them again when I've ran out!

So Vistaprint. I am really Impressed with their customer service!Had some flyers and business cards printed by them and paid extra for express delivery. We'll they arrived yesterday and the genius parcel force delivery driver had clearly used the box as a flotation device, it was completely sodden and black and even though they were plastic wrapped it had soaked into some of the flyers - not all of them but still...Called their customer service expecting an argument and to get nowhere and I was so wrong, they were brilliant!!! The person on the phone actually APOLOGISED

Very disappointed with Vista prints
Very disappointed with Vista prints. I ordered a clear decal for my business to display on my rear suv window and they sent an opaque one. I cannot use this as I’ll get pulled over for obstructing view. The business cards are OK but not the quality they said they’d be for the extra $$ I paid I wish I’d gone somewhere else.

Vistaprint’s customer service is outstanding! I messed something up on my postcards and needed bigger ones to send via USPS. Vistaprint noticed the amount of money I have spent with them over the years and fix my mistakes and sent me the new ones free of charge. The Vistaprint customer service lady was very pleasant to speak with and understood everything I had questions about. I will definitely continue to use this business! I wish every business had customer service like this.

I am new to Vistaprint and my biz cards looked and felt great. Shipping was on time. But looking at online reviews, I might have dodged a bullet. I was here to rate my awful experience with Overnight Prints when I thought I should see how Vista is rated... Worse. So who else does good cheap printing?

Whatever your problem is, they are ready to fix.Yes, I did have some problems along the way but the customer support was always there to fix it with some exceptions.I trust them and know that if they mess up, they'll fix it unless other dropshipping companies I've worked with.
