Fair experience could of been better very expensive charges.

Went into the Virgin store in Milton Keynes just yesterday (Sunday 01st March) and was greeted with a very warm welcome. From the moment we entered the store the staff were very friendly and professional. There's not many places make you a drink upon your entry into their showroom. Anne-Marie was fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful. We have booked our 2 week trip to Thailand for later this year. She carefully went through all the details, not only of the holiday itself but also all the health regulations, especially with coronovirus so high on everyone's agenda. I have to say, I was really surprised at the level of service they have offered. I hope the holiday was as smooth as the process in store.

Dear virgin Me & my boyfriend have booked our second trip to Walt Disney world for three weeks with you . It will be our second visit , being a huge Disney fan I'm super excited to go !Our trip is booked for this September and with our last payment instalment coming up and everything will be paid off I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how AMAZING virgin have been throughout booking the holiday and any advice we have needed . We went with Thomson last time we booked but no way did we get the same service we have had with virgin !We booked the holiday through the Plymouth branch who talked us through all the options and benefits we get with virgin. We ended up staying in the same on site Disney property as before paying not much more for three weeks rather than two so we thought why not let's stay for another week !We also ended up getting the Disney dining plan which will save us lots of money for a three week stay ! She offered this to us which Thomson did not before so it was great to have that included .We also popped into the Exeter branch a few weeks ago to ask some general questions about park tickets / anything extra we needed just to double check all was in good hands and the lady there was fantastic !She gave us loads of information about things we didn't even know on our last trip with Thomson . For example Thomson told us the universal studios two park bonus ticket could only be used for two days , however the lady at virgin told us that actually once activated we can go to Universal for 14 days and includes the extra hour before the park opens in Harry Potter !We had lots of problems before too with Thomson with our magic bands , when we first got there our tickets were not even linked to our bands even though I had done it on the Disney experience app. So we spent a lot of time sorting that out and missing out half a day ! But I know we will be in safe hands with virgin and the lady assured me everything will be in order once we are there .We have been over the moon with the service at both Plymouth and Exeter and I will be booking my next holiday for sure with you . It has made me so excited to go and know we will be in good hands . Booked my holiday through Belfast officeWith Samuel O"Boyle.My whole experience has been excellent.Samuel understood exactly what I wanted, researched and put together my ideal holiday to Vegas. His customer service was excellent. My flights and the airport staff were fantastic too. Have no complaints. I went to the Lincoln store whereby we went to book our honey moon and priced changed suddenly. Leaving what we want now out our price range and the advisor in a difficult and and embarrassing situation. However the advisor was brillent we went away and kept in touch and through his effort of helping us we booked our dream honeymoon. Adam Sayles of the Lincoln breach thank you so much. I've booked all my holidays through Virgin and have had nothing but amazing holidays, especially to Florida and Barbados. I do find them quite expensive hence the 4 stars instead of 5 but always book in store or over the phone and push for a discount or price match if you find the same holiday cheaper as they want that sale. I think it's a bit of a lottery when it comes to the planes/entertainment system (some are a bit dated and frustrating to use) but I have found the flight crew to be the best compared to other airlines. A lot of people are complaining about customer service but in nearly all the cases I've read they've refunded you the money back...you don't get that with many other tour operators.I'll continue to book through Virgin

My wife and I stayed at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas betweeen19th June to 24th June2017.We arrived at the hotel late on 17th and checked in and was given a bungalow room.The room was very good and had everything we needed.It was on the first floor and when my opened the balcony door she found that our view was over where the hotel keeps all there bins.I was gobsmacked that I paid a lot of money to get this room.So the next morning we went to the Virgin Office to ask if we could be moved.We bumped into the manager of the office Gloria who took us in and she could see my wife was upset.This holiday was to celebrate her birthday(23rd June) and our 50th wedding Anniversary.Gloria asked Nancy one of the staff to organise the change of room.Nancy was very nice and and told us to go to the check in deskand they would deal with the move.While we were with Nancy Gloria came out and gave us a bottle of champagne with two glasses and chocolates and also gave us some vouchers for a meal.We moved in later on that day.We went to the office the next day to book a Hoover Dam and to give our thanks to the Gloria and the staff. cannot praise these people highly enough and virgin should be proud of the staff that work in the Tropicana especially Gloria and Nancy.Once again Thank You.

Not travelled yet but the booking experience through their web site, the online/email concierge service, and the use of customer service by e-mail has been faultless.Really surprised at the number of negative reviews on here because I have spoken to a lot of friends and colleagues to research our big holiday and not one of them had a bad word to say about Virgin Holidays. Will update my review after we've been in October 2015.

I spoke to a lady called Remy who was really helpful and friendly. She was able to assist me in changing my flight and I am so grateful.

I can't thank Joanne Eggelton enough for all the help she gave me and my mum when booking Orlando, Florida for this month. Joanne listened to all our needs and gave the best service ever. I mentioned the hotels we have stayed in when visiting Orlando and I booked to go back to the Rosen Inn At Pointe as it is a perfect location for us. Joanne was lovely offering us drinks and snacks and finding us the best deal with looking for different dates and taking things off to give me pricing. We looked at economy and premium to see the pricing and we got a fabulous deal to go premium. My mum had the best time in the store and was happy coming back when booking our Disney World tickets. The shop is incredible as it gives you a feel of premium and first-class seating which is a great touch to the store. Especially the drinks they offer. The store is very clean and welcoming and we couldn't fault a thing. I came in the next day as we wanted to upgrade our outbound flight to premium and the staff who helped were incredible as well and we also got the Virgin V Room. Excellent service.I can't wait to come back and see Joanne regarding my other holidays for next year. Thank you so much, Joanne, for all the help on our holiday. We really appreciate it :)
