The percentage service fee is really fair based on service and benefits and great for out of town or state homeowners looking for vacation property management. Wish their photography was of higher quality and occasional staff turnover created a few hiccups but resolved when senior management came in to service clients. Great top down leadership approach. Highly recommend.

I have been a client for two years and in general have had a great experience. With limited exceptions at the start of my relationship, guest reviews have been very good to excellent, and that is the key. What issues I have had dealt with concerned local personnel and you have seemed to resolve those issues. I have rated you at excellent before and would anticipate you once again gaining that rating.

We are on the other side of Turnkey --…
We are on the other side of Turnkey -- they are our property management company. They have been great with communication and have keep us up to date on everything! We had our cabin booked solid and with the coronavirus everyone has been cancelling, which is understandable. Turnkey let them cancel and gave them a year after this pandemic settles down to rebook with us. I think that is fair for both parties. The guests still get a vacation in the future, and the home owners will have the income in the future. Vacation rentals would loose everything if they had to refund each cancelation. We have expenses year round whether our homes are rented or not. I feel this is a fair way to work through these tough times.

Everything was great
Everything was great. Easy to book, Easy access to the building and condo. Everything was clean and ready to go. You guys made it really easy and covered just about everything I could have asked for. I would have given you 5 stars if the WIFI router had not been flaky.

Improvement in customer service during COVID 19
I recently wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction with TurnKey’s refusal to a issue credit to rebook my vacation plans during safer time . I learned today that I can now receive a credit to stay in the home I booked at a date in the future up until April 2021. I am very grateful for this policy change. I understand businesses are struggling too, and a credit for rebooking is much appreciated, and I feel it is fair.I wish it hadn’t taken them so long to fix their approach , but I am still grateful that they are doing the socially responsible thing and helping us protect one another during this unprecedented time.

Really disappointed with this company (see update)
Really disappointed with this company. My wife wanted to call to discuss our upcoming reservation because of complications due to the coronavirus outbreak. They wouldn't even speak with her and said only the account holder can speak with someone. I called to have her added as an authorized person and they refused. Terrible customer service. Will never use this company again.----As a response to the below message, that is incorrect. I called on Sunday to request a cancelation (more than 7 days in advance) and was denied. Additionally I am only requesting that my wife be able to speak with someone at the company and that was also denied. I was told that a manager would call me today and that also did not happen.---Further update. I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Although the response was slow and frustrating we appreciate that turnkey ultimately made the right decision.
