I pre-ordered the new digimon vpets coming out but needed to cancel my order due to reasons. It was really fast and easier than any other cancellation that I have ever had to do. Would order from them again, and hopefully be able to keep the product.

I got a refund!
I ordered a "L.O.L. Surprise! Hop Hop", and got the Hamster... I also thought I was getting a real one, but I got a fake one, which obviously was very disappointing. But I did send them a mail, explaining that I had gotten the wrong product, and they refunded me right away. Customer service was great!But if they didn't refund me, I'd give them 1 star, as the product was fake AND I got the wrong one...

I ordered my kids 2 jumbo Bendy plushies on December 4th without reading reviews about their website. After reading negative reviews, I was worried that I made the wrong choice by ordering from them, BUT they responded to all of my concerns and emails right away standard shipping states 7-14 they told me maybe even longer due to delays this time of year. My package was delivered to me my home December 21st (12 days after it shipped) and it was worth the wait because my kids are going to be happy on Christmas!!! I was worried that they'd be fake, but they look real to me!!! Only fault is the packaging could me more protected. Overall, I am happy that my kids will be happy and I'd order again. Thank you Toywiz!
