I first ordered Tarte products from QVC some products were good (foundation brush, mascara, lipstick/gloss) the clay stick foundation I found to apply easily, its hydrating and doesn't cling to dry patches. However it transfers on everything and I mean everything! If you sweat or get it wet it gets patchy and you can literally see it melt off your face. Also it has an orangey tint and the stick only lasted me about 6 weeks of usage and I rarely wear make up so £31 is extremely expensive for what you get. Some products were awful:- I had an eyeshadow palette from the rainforest of the sea collection. The shades were either extremely dark (black, grey, teal, very dark brown) or very very light and had virtually no pigment. This palette is pretty useless to me. The CC clay primer stick is bizarre its a very tan/orange clay stick that is almost of the consistency of a foundation with a purple and green stripe through it. The CC element does literally nothing and it it leaves orange streaks on your face certainly doesn't act or feel like a primer. QVC have a very poor range of products available in the U.K and are priced higher than Tartes website with no offers ever. I have very sensitive skin and I liked that Tarte didn't irritate it. I ordered the travel set highlight duo (highlight stick and nude eyeliner) this highlight stick not very pigmented, love the eyeliner but nearly ran out after 2 uses so again overpriced. The love trust and fairy dust palette which is much better than the palette I had from QVC, blendable, pigmented, smells of chocolate my fave and a set of 4 mini mascaras and all the mascaras are fab. All directly from Tarte with free shipping (again QVC charge a lot for P+P and give you no delivery options). They all arrived within a week. I was happy with the service. I then realised I needed some foundation, nothing else. QVC charge more than tarte plus postage means spending £45 on a bottle of foundation. Tarte would charge import costs as I wouldn't have hit the £45 threshold so still extortionate for one item. I looked for some other items I could use to reach £45 and 4 items came to £145. Every item is around the £30-£40 mark so you either have to pay shipping costs or spend a lot of money on a few items. QVC are a rip off and don't stock any of the latest items. For these reasons I feel it is unaccessible to the U.K. Upon reflection I realised the items are either amazing or total rubbish and I can't afford to spend this much on make up every few months and it frustrating having to wait over a week possibly up to 3 if you run out of anything. As kind as the products are to my skin I have to ditch them and research cheaper, more accessible alternatives.

I like their makeup range, in particular their vegan foundation and vegan mascara. I also love that it is a cruelty free and that they have a vegan range.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I live in the UK therefore I cannot call them by phone without facing an enormous charge. Therefore my only avenue of contacting them is by email and through that I have been ignored. I ordered the tarte shape tape concealer on the 26th of December. I recieved an email from tarte on the 28th saying that my order has been shipped. After 2 weeks I emailed the carrier, DHL on the 6th of January. Asking where my parcel is as the tracking just says en route. They then replied on the 8th saying that they received a notification that they were to receive my parcel on the 28th of December but never did. I then contacted Tarte on the 8th of January asking about the product. I then receive a reply saying they need a few extra 'days' (it's been weeks) to process the order and that they confirm that my order left the US on the 7th of January. After checking the tracking in DHL I discovered that this was a complete lie and my package just left the US on the 10th of January. I emailed tarte on the 9th saying that as I have had to wait 2 weeks for my order to even be shipped I would like a full refund. I was told I'd receive a reply within 48 hours. It has now been 4 days and I have not received one. I have emailed again and I sincerely hope they reply as the service has been dismal.---------------------------After contacting Tarte on social media and they have apologised for the delay and sent out a new concealer free of charge and also issued me a full refund. Although it's been very frustrating they did go out of their way to sort this issue for me, for this I'm very grateful.

I have ordered from Tarte numerous times and never had any issues. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. Standard delivery from US to Europe (non-EU) reliable and with tracking, in a very reasonable timeframe, around a week. Great sales deals. Most importantly, their products are great!

First time customer , ordered online and checked delivery times to UK due to all the posts on here. It did state 10-15 days on the web and it took exactly 3 wks (15 working days). Not bad at all with covid. And you don't pay anyway if your order is more than £40.00. My order was packaged beautifully and I feel I got real value for Money, around £85 worth of products for £42. Lots to try. I will definately buy again, you just need to plan for delivery. FYI the delivery box is reversible with a lovely palm print, ideal for a gift or posting on. X

they did a great job. my order was pending and they issued a replacement with expedited shipping!

I've seen a lot of reviews about awful customer service but the help I needed was sorted fast and helpful.Quite expensive for what it is so I don't often buy tarte but the stuff I have bought has all been packaged well, nice quality - mascaras are a bit overrated but the foundation has been really nice

Beautiful packaging, great colour payoff, helpful online tracking and staff. Took long for delivery but was handled with care.

Tarte Cosmetics is amazing!! They have great products that are well worth the money that you spend on them!! The customer service is amazing. They are quick to help with any problem you may have no matter how big or small. Will continue to buy from them for a long long time!!!
