I am a user of TailorBrands and I was quite impressed by the output of my logo and brand. However I have the following issues post purchase that are inhibiting my trust;1. I accidentally paid an annual subscription for the wrong design and I wrote emails to their team to help rectify. Its taking a bit long for me to get a clear answer. The correct design is under a monthly subscription and I would like if this was considered for the paid annual subscription instead of the wrong one.2. I had my card deducted for this month without any notification. If we users could easily find a place in our accounts to cancel our subscriptions it would be great. 3. Can the team put more effort on a support team that addresses post purchase challenges?

I honestly like tailor brands but there is some shortage of tailor brands serves as a website builder it is overwhelming with options and as a new user who never had experience with a website builder, it becomes difficult.their service is good and the support helps.I am using tailor brands as my online store and the temples that are provided are not enough that suits my needs and they have a hiring expert button who can do my needs but at a cost that I can't afford as a start-up company which is in AED is 1,000 for 1 website page and 7 pages around 4,000 ~ 6,000 AED I am not sure the about the price for it was a while ago I checked.the customizable feature that the website has is not truly customizable in the sense that they don't have a blank template where I can't choose the color and place the logo where I want it to be and sometimes as a beginner, I just can't decide how I'm I going to do this.there needs to be a tutorial on how to use the website builder from tailor brands themselves because it is proprietary.I also noticed is that I can't store an online account where I need to keep my customer information and credit card info store for quick purchase and to have their address saved.this is my opinion about tailor brands about the website builder.I highly recommend tailor for the logo and business card link and have a website for basic use for business information about the company but if you want to have an online store it is best to hire a freelancer who can do it for you at fraction of the cost or and at a good cost for a good website store
