I had an order that was claimed "delivered", but it was not. I contacted customer service and they immediately checked for me what was going on. They apologized and sent me another package and gave me some points as well!

They had incredible customer service and I got my products in a timely manner! I even got testers in my package. I will definitely shop with them again!

I don't know why they have low ratings. I absolutely love their products, prices are reasonable, and customer service is really good.

I was excited to order from here because I love K-Beauty. I am in Canada and thought it wasn't too expensive considering the shipping fee. BUT once I placed my order, it told me that not only was I charged $8.50 for shipping, I was also charged $9.27 for my province as well. I didn't know that I was getting charged both fees as it never told me!

I have always loved how I can just go to SOKO GLAM and they would have everything I need for my skin care. However, their delivery had me usually anxious because it just seem to take forever. This didn’t stop me from coming back. However, when my last order failed to ship in a considerable time, I emailed them right away. In the same day, I got a very kind, professional response from Mel and she did her due diligence of investigating what happened to my order. My order was dealt with and shipped the same day I sent my email! So kudos to Mel of Customer Experience department and the fulfillment team of Soko Glam! Hands-down the best customer service I have ever received from online shopping. Two thumbs up! And 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Only good (skin) days ahead and will keep coming back!

If you live in the US, then go for it, but if you live in Europe as I do... It's not worth it. The shipment here was $40! And the products... well, they are legit, and there's extensive info on the web, but they are way overpriced, compared to the prices in Korea and to the ones in similar websites. One of the main attractions of k.beauty is the great quality for a lower price, but they sell them for a price that is too high, to the point where it's not worth it anymore.It isn't somewhere I buy anymore, I found another shop that is more convenient for me! Even so, the service was good, the products legit, and the website with a pleasant layout, that's why I rated it 3 stars.

Lovely products and professional email advertisements

Soko Glam was the first k-beauty online shop I bought from and still continue to. There prices are reasonable for the amount of product you get, plus you get free shipping on US orders over $35 and free samples with every purchase. I get my products in a week with standard shipping. I love the products they have! I have oily skin and deals with acne. American products just didn't like my skin; they were too thick, too creamy, too strong and dried my skin out. I gave up and only used my acne wash. I decided to try korean products and they have been a blessing! My skin is looking better with every use. I haven't had any major issues with any korean products that I bought. My skin feels so nice and it looks so much better. My mom even stated that my skin looks "glowy" now. The website is very user friendly. If you don't know your skin type, they have a quiz you can take. You can shop for products by skin type, skin concern or routine. If you're new to k-beauty, they have a section explaining what the routine involves. You can even subscribe to their blog, The Klog, to learn so much more about korean beauty. Every product has a description and how to use. They even say who the product is more suited for. I do wish they had an app but it's very easy to shop on their website. I haven't had any issues shopping from them. I recommend them to anyone who is new to k-beauty or wants to try new korean products.

SokoGlam is the site I recommend to newcomers to K-beauty with the top brands, promos, fast and free shipping, and impeccable customer service. I'm repeatedly asked why my skin looks so incredibly fabulous at nearly 70. I reveal my K-beauty regimen which has made an amazing difference in my skin! I'm often mistaken for a woman in her 40s -- and as the mother of my three grandsons. My gratitude to SokoGlam for upping my skincare game!

I've been following this website and blog and I've learned so much useful information about Korean skin care as well as skin care in general. It really inspired me to take better care of my skin. Also, the shop is very active on social media always feeding you with news and information and interacting with its followers via polls and questions. You'll get to learn a lot! I can see that the owner Charlotte is truly passionate about skin care giving this site so much more than just being a shop. I've tried several products that are offered in this shop and I've been loving Korean skin care for 3 basic reasons: reasonably priced, really working but less vicious and more subtle than western skincare (at least for me). I wish I can try more products from this website in future!

Their website is once again just a delight to browse, with a pleasing color palette and layout that makes shopping an easy, stress-free and joyful experience. Plus, Korean skin and beauty products are famous for their quality, making everything here an absolute bargain! I've always had problems with pimples, oily nose, chin, and forehead, and periodic redness which I have battled with American and European skincare products with mixed success. I find it extremely difficult not to pop my pimples, especially when they're causing me pain. But the products on Soko Glam, about which the website often includes helpful and informative videos, make me believe and hold on to hope, that by using one of the extensive, but simple Korean skin care routines, I can eventually achieve the clear, blemish free, and soft skin I've fantasized about.
