Hard to get through to a live chat agent, but props to Richard who helped me with my query regarding sky sports.

Been a customer for over 10 years now a vip customer :) absolutely amazing service from a lady in the Scottish dept called Laura spoke for over a hour she was lovely made me so comfortable with entering another 18 months contract. Appalling service.This company has absolutely no concept of customer service and trying to get hold of them, to discuss shockingly bad broadband performance, is almost impossible to achieve right now. Their website states not to call as they are only able to deal with calls from vulnerable customers - which I struggle to reconcile. In the current climate, I fully understand an increase in calls from people struggling financially but why specifically reference the vulnerable ? It is not like you have to leave home to experience the, admittedly bad, Sky service. If it is a genuine position then fair enough but it just smacks of them, unlike other companies who are pulling out all the stops to support UK citizens, using it as an excuse to continue getting away with a cr@p service.Anyway, I reverted to suspending my DD, expecting it to prompt a call or a letter with a telephone number to call that guaranteed I got through to somebody. How misguided was I ?!?! Instead, I got a non-reply email instructing me to get my DD set back up again or my services will be gradually switched off.Sky is a truly awful organisation and I urge people to seek the services they require from elsewhere ...

I've never really had any problems with Sky, I have my TV landline, mobile and broadband with them. My only gripe is the price they tried to charge me to get Sky Q in an extra bedroom, I've been with Sky religiously for over 20 years now, it would of been courteous of them to negotiate a more appropriate price considering my loyalty and me also being a pensioner. Nevermind, I'll do without the extra viewing in the bedroom and I'm currently looking at other alternatives.

My broadband stopped working & I phoned the customer care line around 6pm & the kindest, most helpful man answered. I am really bad at anything technical so the fact that he was able to talk me through what I needed to do was nothing short of a miracle. Have been trying to find a way of contacting Sky to let them know how great he was & there is no mechanism on the website so now I’m on here. Whoever you were, thankYou!

With no live football/ or hardly any other sports. Are you going to give everybody a refund while this covid 19 is around, if they have the sports package.
