There are some things about this company that deserve a negative 3 rating, and other points I would rate much higher. If you know their game and watch your calendar you can have some great content variety randomly thrown into your radio, some very good DJs, and streaming access outside the car (or in your other car) all for six bucks a month. We have been doing business with this company for more than ten years without a problem - to follow are our thoughts.The five, six, and twelve month "trial" offers are what we utilize, works out to around $6 month. If you don't cancel before the period ends the subscription auto-renews monthly at full price (more than double the trial). I mark the calendar a week before the trial expires, think I missed it once and had to pay for a few days at full price. The service is not worth $15/month to me.Cancelling is WAY more painful than subscribing. The up selling, wasted time on hold while the rep "looks up" your account four times, and the persistence they have is brutal. So bad in fact I have told them the car was stolen then wrecked in a fire just to shut them up - and they still asked if I would like to temporarily suspend my service for a few months instead of cancelling! The pain of cancelling is definitely the source of the negative three rating I referenced. You can't cancel with an email or online, they insist you call - so we found two ways around this. 1) Certified mail. Costs another $7 but it works without picking up a phone.2) Enroll in a trial subscription and when you are all done and they ask if there is anything else... "I would like to schedule the cancellation of my trial period six months from today". They resist a bit of course, but if you are persistent they will do it in the same call.They will accept payment by check if you don't want them to have a card number on file. Again you need to be as persistent as they can be, but they will mail you a bill for old school payment if you insist. Important to note that any subscription you sign up for is a legal auto-renewing contract and even if you pay by check or cancel the credit card, they can and will chase you legally for money owed. There are some horror stories out there on the web. Make sure you cancel if you no longer want to be billed - and can prove you did.I don't necessarily believe they deserve so many one star reviews. If you feel their content is worth $6 a month simply learn their game and play it well.

Just tried to cancel! I’m on Disability and can’t afford it. They keep on and keep on until they have a package cheap enough that you just might be able to pay for it in a month... :-D so I’m still on the hook for another 6 months! Wish me luck in August!

Please play gospel music and shows on a Christian channel, not on Heart & Soul.

My subscription was expiring so I called to cancel. They then offered me $7 per month as opposed to the $28 per month that I was going to be charged beginning in December. My vehicle is a 2018 and this is the third time now that I've done this. From reading all of the reviews, it seems like I'm one of the lucky ones, as I've had minimal challenges dealing with them. Peace.

ive had this for a little less than a month and so far im loving it it's awesome the amount of channels u get with satellite radio is so great the variety and ability to stream whenever whereever i want is just so great and the price is fantastic i would highly recommend this service to everyone who asked or is intrested in having better radio and more stations

I love the wide selection of the Music Channels and listen every day at Home or in my Car...

Update: it's been 7 days I'm no better off now than I was when I started this catastrophe. still getting tossed off after about 6 or 7 minutes. finally got past the annoying computer to technical support yesterday, she gives me a different number to call because she couldn't help me any longer. turned out to be the fax number. called back today explained everything the gentleman then nothing. crickets 3 minutes in no response to James are you there? How many times can one sign out of the app delete it shut the TV off reset the password reset the router reset reset reset how many times right now I'm up to seven times Maybe I'm over it really over it....Seeing all the reviews on Sirius Radio I'm a little taken aback. I know they have been problematic for me over the years but things had started to look up the last few. Now I'm having issues with the app on my Roku TV. I had the sign the other day which was odd. I realized they changed everything because it doesn't look the same and I'm having a hard time resetting my favorites. The app doesn't work more than six minutes. No matter what I do I've reset it. I've deleted the account I've added the account. I have followed their instructions. Will call again. Thank God it still works in the car cuz that's really is my main concern but still I'm paying for service and can't fully use it.

Well today this company put a bad taste in my mouth. Once my trial subscription was over I placed well in advance a new subscription with new price but instead they charged my account regular price and put my bank account in the negative, now I have to wait 3 - 5 business days to get refunded. Luckily I write everything down when speaking to any customer service business or they will take you down a trip as if you don't know what your previous conversation was to set it up in the first place. Always take notes dates and times to refer back to what you was promised in the first place. I'm about 2 steps from cancelling my subscription all together if they don't get it together....

They provide great music. My only complaint is how they do their Christmas music line-up. They start playing Christmas music too early in my opinion- around the first week of November and then the last day they play it is December 25, which is too early. The Christmas channels are not together either, which can make it challenging to switch stations when you’re driving. I think overall Sirius XM does a good job with their stations and music, but they really need to work on their holiday music line-up.
