Got a great summer outfit for $20 bucks!!

The website is a nightmare to use, but the products the offer a generally well priced.

I purchased a suitcase from Sears.com and everything was perfect. I spoke to a very kind customer service assistant (Kim) and the profuct came in 2 days time, with free shipping, and in great state. Nothing to complain about.

I know they have been having some problems, but my order arrived on time and they were the cheapest as well. Never had a problem with them.

Sears is a good place to go buy clothes for the different back to school supplies. Here they always have coupons. They also have good rebates.From time to time they offer special promotions. I wish pay day was tomorrow to go by Sears and buy more clothes.

Yesterday at Sears in Nanuet, NY, I was most impressed by the service and kindness of the employees. A yong man at the Lands End counter helped me exchange a man's shirt. He remained calm and collected even though the computer refused to cooperate. In the appliance section, a woman helped me select a vacuum, and then assisted me with the payment process and directed me to Customer Pickup. A kind man working in that department placed the large container in my car. I glad I went shopping at Sears

They will beat anyones prices and servive is very good

It seems like people only use this site to share their negative experiences. Satisfied customers are probably in the 80% range, making the stats here extremely lopsided.Take it from me, I have ordered more Sears and Kmart merchandise online in the last year than most people will their entire lifetimes--close to 650 orders in the last 8 months and counting. I dropship items from Sears and Kmart to my customers that buy from my Shopify store.About 98% of my orders have tracking numbers provided to me within 2 business days. Every once in a while, however the items I purchase most often will ship from a random store location and that's when the customer sometimes says they received the wrong merchandise, whether it's the wrong size, color etc. which can be a pain. Sure, you have to hound the online chat reps a bit on Sears to ensure your refund is processed after the customer sends the item back, but it's always been a fairly straightforward process. Stock does not seem to be getting replenished and selection is slowly dwindling as Sears goes down the toilet(?), but both Sears and Kmart are still doing about as good as any other major retailer as far as order fulfillment, shipping times and defect rate is concerned. I'm tempted to give them 4 stars, but gave 3 because they're about even with the rest of their competitors in my experience. I've been making a good part-time income as a reseller of Sears and Kmart merchandise, so I'm grateful to be helping give them business at their asking prices even though their downfall at this point seems inevitable. As a supplier, they've been flexible and consistent. If I get a bad chat rep that isn't helpful, I give them a negative evaluation after the chat, start another session and share my negative experience with the next rep. Usually the second chat rep is apologetic and I get my demands met after they take a look at my order history. I've had very good luck with Sears and wish them the best. They've made me a good chunk of money which has helped improve the quality of my life. My customers are also largely satisfied with the merchandise.

It was a cheaper and good. I bought lot of stuff for gardening and washer dryer. They had a good deal with discounted prices! Yuppieee!
