Hi Everyone Yes they dont have the Best custumer service. I recomend everybody to send Them an e-mail. And wait for an answer 1-2 weeks. Offcourse its A long wait. They must be buzy, because of the popularty !Anyways. I ended up beeing very Happy with everything. I Can tell that this Company is good. Busy custumer service.. but actually good In the end :)

We returned 2 of the 3 items we purchased from this company. It has now been over a month and I still have not received a refund. I emailed their customer service regarding the status of the refund. No one has ever responded back to me. I called the company during work hours and automated voice system says "there are no representatives to take your call right now." What kind of a customer service is that??---Update: I did receive a reply from them after my second email. They issued a refund for the returned items. I never really mentioned what specific items we returned, but they still issued it for the correct items. Obviously, it appears that they have received my return back, but simply never issued a refund for whatever reason. The issue is now resolved.Perhaps, they are in fact very busy and simply aren't keeping up. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and will upgrade this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

Have purchased so many purses from Rebecca Minkoff and always have a great experience and adore the bags. Unfortunately this time around I had some issues with my order. Customer service is currently swamped given technical issues so response times may be delayed. However the customer service were super polite and friendly. I genuinely felt like they cared about reaching a positive outcome, which we did in a quick and easy manner. Gives you confidence to shop internationally knowing customer service has your back.Very happy and will of course continue to purchase from here.

I had purchased a M.A.C. Clutch in white leather and rose gold hardware and a medium M.A.B. Tote in biscuit Saffiano leather. When they arrived I was so thrilled and happy at the level of quality. As this had been my first purchase of any Rebecca Minkoff handbags, I was pleasantly very satisfied. They had offered an initial discount for first time purchasers and can be applied to sale items. But the true customer satisfaction test came when I called them telling them about my outfit ruining the beautiful white leather of the M.A.C. Clutch the first time I wore it. So I contacted the Rebecca Minkoff customer care department and immediately they were so helpful and gave me different options on cleaning, possible exchange and even further discount as the item was currently sold out and couldn't be replaced. I am extremely surprised that the quality of their service represented the high end quality that their brand stands for. I definitely recommend anyone to buy directly from their brand's website. I for sure will be back again!!

I bought a skirt from this brand recently which arrived quickly and lived up to expectations. The cut is very simple and the fabric is polyester, but I love the pattern.

Update: 12/15/19From 1 star to 4 stars ratingYesterday, Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, I finally received the shoes that I ordered. It is worth the wait indeed! It's new, no damage, no dents whatsoever. I won't be giving a full 5-Star because of the many way I had to contact them to get answers. They respond, but not as quickly as you want them to respond. You get your answers hours later. And, the shipping date changed on me a few times.I believe that they really need to work on their Customer Support. They must have a 24/7 Customer Service to answer questions, whether on the phone or chat. Because nothing is more annoying when you call the number and no one is available and when you e-mail them and receive a response saying that they will get back to you in 2-5 days.I am not sure if I would order from them again though. If things change, may be. Update: Friday, 12/13/19I am really hoping that this disappointment of mine with Rebecca Minkoff will change when I finally receive the item I ordered. The delivery date has changed from the 12th of Dec. to the 13th and now the 14th. I hope that this is really worth the wait. Not changing the rating for now at least.Update: Thursday, 12/12/19Shipping changed from today to tomorrow the 13th of December, Friday. I have received several responses after I sent them messages on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. Update, today, Wed. 12/11/19Today I received an e-mail saying that my order has been shipped and I will be getting it on the 12th, Thursday. Although it is early for me to say something, I just feel that there is something wrong with my order. I ordered the item on Dec. 4, 2019, today is the 10th of December and no update at all. I sent them an e-mail, but I am upset because I have to wait 2 to 5 days to hear back from them. I called the number they have for their customer service and what do you know, NO ONE IS AVAILABLE! They took the money out really FAST, but the item I ordered is still PENDING. I had ordered from bigger name brands and they are quick to send me a confirmation and quick in shipping the items I ordered. I will make sure to update this review once Ii hear from them or not.
