I have recently sold my family home and needed some where to stay temporarily I booked into oyo cannock for approx 3 months as I hadn’t found the right place to buy and as all the staff and new manager azz were so helpfull and pleasant I decided not to rush and continued my stay to 8 months I can not thank all the staff at cannock enough for making us feel so welcome and at home especially as this was our temporary home your team at cannock are a credit to the company I know the decore is in need of some Tlc and I believe the new manager and the team are working hard to fix this as it is a new venue for you once all this is in place and for the money it will a great stay be it long term or short again I would like to thank you all for our welcome stay .kevin and nikki room 24

WE STAYED AT THE OYO IN RHYL FOR A FEW DAYS ,THE HOST WAYNE WAS GREAT ,ROOM WAS VERY GOOD VERY CLEAN ,NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE ,I WOULD STAY AGAIN ,IN THE SUMMER ,CHEERS PETE /SULTAN

The staff's service attitude is nice, the room is big enough for 3 people, the free breakfast is also yummy, although it's a little far from center, I recommend this hotel.

By reading the bad reviews here, not sure if we were just lucky or if the OYO Anchor Hotel in Golders Green, London is better than the others...This was actually a pleasant experience.My wife and I were going to London for work purposes, the hotels are so expensive there and so we were looking for a reasonable budget which would offer us a decent location, continental breakfast and most important, free parking!We found OYO Anchor hotel by Golders Green station at a very reasonable price since we booked the deluxe Triple room. We were just 2 but the double rooms were sold out. The photos of a residential property converted into a hotel put us slightly off but the location, free parking and price made us go for it. And I’m glad we did book it.Again, not sure if I was just lucky but the Indian chap I spoke over the phone was spot on, offered us a great price for the Triple room since we were just 2 and needed to check in on the next day, told us that it is free parking but it’s on a first come first served basis so I might not get parking, even told us the breakfast was very basic, just continental which was ok for us.On the check in day we arrived really late so I was already prepared to have to park on the street somewhere close, but no, there were 3 spots still left to park! Great!The girl at the reception was great, friendly with everything, info, keys, car etc...the room to our surprise was exactly as described and very similar to the photos. Plus, although very close to the tube station, the hotel is located on a quiet residential road and our room was facing the side so very quiet and we had 2 excellent nights of sleep there.Breakfast was basic yes, but I would say toast, fruit, croissant, coffee, juices etc etc is pretty much what everyone expects of a continental breakfast.My wife was really happy as the hotel is literally 3 minutes walking to the underground station, Golders Green, Northern Line. Nice restaurants and coffees just around the corner. I even had a haircut in a local barber shop and it was great!They tidied and cleaned our room on the 2nd day, again a parking space waiting for me on the 2nd night, great night sleep, breakfast and the check out was quick and easy!So, would I use them again based on my personal experience with customer service, hotel and their staff? Yes, I would certainly use them again.By comparing to most of the reviews here, one can only assume that the hotel I stayed in Golders Green has better management and I was lucky with the customer agent I talked to over the phone who was polite, honest and booked me correctly with a great price!

The booking team at Gatwick Ambers ( Ricky- in particular) were extremely helpful and flexible to our changing needs. The client was delighted with the environment (after a long journey) and the welcoming surroundings allowed him to rest and prepare for a new appointment in the NHS.Delighted!

Lovely clean big room . Great sea view and view from window. Provided tea coffee plus water facilities in room. No room service . Staff very polite and friendly. Parking facilities available. Very quite place to relax and chill out. No smoking in room which was great for us. They do allow dogs to stay in the hotel. The bar small area which was clean and adequate with alcoholic drinks. Food was beautiful and presentation was great

I stayed at the OYO Epsilon Stratford recently and I have to admit that I was not expecting much because the price for the night was very low.When I arrived, there was a lovely staff member who gave me such a warm welcome at reception, I was surprised and that made me smile. The layout at reception was very stylish and the floors were very quiet and clean. As I entered my room I immediately noticed how stylish, clean and overall nice it was. The bed was absolutely fabulous, sheets and mattress were super clean (I checked), the bathroom was spotless, there was tea/coffee, a big screen tv and Terminator 2 was just starting when I turned it on (Yes!!).Then I started thinking about the amount of times I paid more than twice the price £££ for rooms that were the same or less quality.The next morning I went to have breakfast downstairs, where I was greeted by a lovely staff member who immediately asked me if I wanted eggs and how would I like them, there was also a large selection of food for breakfast and everything was included in the very low price I paid (W.T.F!). I love this hotel, I loved my room and most importantly I liked the happy positive staff.I will definitely stay with them again

I stayed @ OYO Royal Park Hotel in London. Newly refurbished. Great beds, clean rooms, and awesome staff!
