I don't usually write reviews, but Mango is my number one place to shop my clothes. The fitting of the clothing is amazing, and super affordable, if you haven't tried it yet, go make a purchase, you won't regret it!!

Just received the oversized white shirt last week. Overall the style looks great, but the price is just a bit higher than it should be.

I love the products, hate the service. This is the same situation every single time: I end up ordering multiple items. Multiple items end up shipping separately which is fine. Any item that is 'ready to ship' is then handed over to OnTrac and almost always I end up having to call for updates since OnTrac fails to provide me with the most accurate shipping details. For the international items, the website does not provide any additional feedback on where the item is aside from "in international transit". Would it be possible to give us context as to what is going on since the item still seems to be in transit for sometimes more than 10 business days? I literally have to call customer service for every order trying to figure out when my order is actually coming. This is why I am always hesitant to order from this site. This is extremely frustrating.

Awesome quality faux fur coat! It took more than 2 weeks to arrive in Canada, but I don’t mind to wait, because the quality is amazing for the price (it was like 120$ CAD) No shipping fees, it’s amazing! Will repurchase! I see a lot of people here complain about the shipping delay, but if you are from Canada, you shouldn’t worry and just give it at least 2-3 weeks before starting to worry. You will really appreciate the quality!

Spring collection a bit disappointing, lack of colors. Otherwise I like the brand and quality

I was there for a product complaint on a blouse that I bought at ion on 23/3/2022 . It’s a defective product and she help me make a request to get it exchange within 2hour . I had an interesting experience. I ordered a coat in November, and a sweater on Dec 3. The sweater was stuck in "international transit" for weeks. No updates. I emailed customer service and the phone prompt said "Ooops, it looks like there is a problem with your order, stay on the line." I could not get in touch with anyone for 30 minutes! I hung up. Also, I had to send the coat back for return using their provided information, but I never got a refund. So I just called my credit card company - I told them I never got the sweater, and that I haven't seen a refund on the coat. They investigated the matter. WOW - within 3 days, the sweater finally got delivered, and I got an email from Mango saying that they were refunding me for the coat. I wonder if it was just the pressure from my credit card company, or if it was because it all finally worked out on its own? Everyone should know that the Consumer Protection Act states that a consumer needs to receive an online order within 30 days of purchasing it, otherwise the seller is in breach of contract (unless the buyer signs an agreement saying they agree to a longer delivery period, but that doesn't happen with big name brands). A lot of credit card companies offer this protection to their customers. Good to know. Also, if you ever have to send something back for return and you don't get an email confirmation, TAKE A PHOTO OF THE TRACKING LABEL on the package so you have proof that it was delivered back to the retailer.

Great products but slow delivery time. Overall good experience

I have ordered online twice from Mango and can’t fault them.I really like their clothing range although their sizing is a hit or miss fortunately they offer free returns.Their free delivery is on the slow side but if it’s free.Returns process ran smoothly.I will continue to use Mango

I’ve had a relatively good experience with Mango, although only ordered online once, prior to that I would always pop into their stores. Their quality is better than most high street brands, in my opinion. Lots of organic cotton products! I’ve had to return a jacket in January, and requested an exchange. Since Brexit I have tried to use curriers to mail things to friends/relatives living in the EU and had trouble sorting that out so was expecting a delay with returning my item. They did email me and because they were able to track down the parcel - even though it hasn’t reached their warehouse yet - they have sent the exchanged item and got a confirmation email also. I think they are currently struggling with the difficulties of sending parcels abroad due to brexit, and having sales on isn’t helping either, so their services aren’t as good as they usually are.
