Ordered for the first time

I finally got my order late but at least I got it and they also refunded me as there were some problems I liked mostly the customer service on Instagram and email than the app directly I got everything in good condition would probably use it again.

good inexpensive app but shipping is long !

A month ago I ordered 4 separate orders and I received 2 of them last week but I’m still waiting on the other two it’s been at the same stop since April 23rd and 24th and it’s now may 14th I’ve contacted romwe several times and i am being told the same thing basically to wait how long am I supposed to keep waiting ?? This is ridiculous my orders numbers are GRWMX700U000XUKGRWMXX00T000MGR But besides the long shipping I’d give this website a 5 ! All of my items from my other 2 orders were good and came as expected

I usually don't have a problem with romwe, but i ordered $65 dollars worth of stuff and it has been processed but no progress has been made since April 12th, it is now April 27th. The app says they expected only a 4-6 day delay but it has been a lot longer than that...should i cancel my order?edit: they emailed me pretty quickly and explained the delay

I ordered 12 items on April 20th and it is now May 9th. I understand there will be a delay because of everything going on but my order has been saying “in transit- united states arrived at local courier facility” since May 4th. It’s disappointing how bad shipping is. My order number is GRWMXR00U000RBB. It would be nice to know where my package is and when i’ll receive it.

I had placed an order April 7th and…

I had placed an order April 7th and still have not received it. I did express shipping and the only update that I see is that it’s in transit and has arrived at a local courier facility, when I track it on USPS it hasn’t been updated since the 13th and tells me it’s in Jamaica, NY. I live in Jersey so that shipping shouldn’t take a week! Come on romwe I’ve already had issues with Shein... not you guys too! No option for return

I got everything I ordered but the shoes I got were way too small and when I tried to find out how to return them there was no option for it. Just like the other reviewers here I found there was no option to submit a support ticket and the live chat was useless. The items are cute but since there’s no way to return them it’s a gamble. You might get nice things but if something’s not right you literally can’t do anything about it. EDIT: After submitting this review, someone from the Romwe team contacted me to try and fix the problem. Since there was no available size for me to exchange the shoe with, I was refunded instead. I appreciate the help so I changed my rating to 3 stars, but it shouldn't have taken me writing this review for something to happen. I hope they fix this in the future.
