I went to the store to buys some gifts for my families. Alina welcomed me with a big and beautiful smile into the store, then offered to be my style guide and find the right ones for everyone. She has a great taste in fashion and was very professional. Not only was she super patient in helping me find the right style and sizes, she truly put customers at heart to help me find the best deals. I’ve never applied for any retail store cards before because I always felt that they are too much to manage and don’t actually provide much value to me. Alina heard my concerns, then explained to me how simple the J Crew card is to manage and how much benefit it could offer in the most clear way I could imagine. After hearing that, I decided to give it a try and got the card. And she walked me through how to find and use the offers with the card - made everything as simple as a swipe of card! Alina carefully folded and packed the clothes, helped me order some more clothes from online.... she truly has done EVERYTHING possible to help a customer - I actually walked home with way more clothes than I initially planned, but they are all great purchases!It was a great pleasure meeting her today - I can’t wait to be back to the store and shop with her again! I love receiving the JCrew catalog! Each season they have such beautiful looks that easily transition from day to evening to weekend. Classic looks with a stylish flair. Cashmere & wool sweaters are comfortable and warm, their pants fit great! I get numerous compliments on the clothes I've purchased from JCrew. JCrew.com customer service is very helpful in addressing any questions about orders and the website often has items not found in stores. Items are shipped in a timely manner.

I have been shopping online for quite some time and have experienced all kind of customer service - from bad to excellet. But JCrew customer service is more than excellent. It is fantastic! Jcrew is a lovely store. They offer plenty of sales and very good customer service to their Rewards Customers. I find that Jcrew is much better than Jcrew Factory because of the quality and the selection available. I have also had great experience returning items to Jcrew, the associates were very understanding and helpful.

One of the item was out of stock after I have placed the order. I called them and they helped me replaced the item. Excellent customer service and friendly. J.Crew is probably just getting overwhelmed by the holiday sales so it might take a while for them to respond. It took them at least 2 days to respond my email but in the end, they fixed the the problem that is the most important part.

This year JCrew is not offering the super sale deals I have gotten in the past three to four years. I usually only buy when there is a sale on a sale but boy, has my credit card gotten a work out with them!!! Their customer service is superb. Their feedback on the status of my orders is superb. Their website is world class. Their returns are prompt. And lately I have gotten a really cute "thank you for your order" notice in my emails from them (usually with some cute puppies or what not). Yes their prices are a little high but their designs are always a cut above and their clothes fit well. And their kids clothes are the bomb! in the past several years I have probably made several hundred orders with them and have never been disappointed.

For the price I'm paying, I'd rather go with a cheaper brand and literally get 2-3 similar garments for the same cost and the exact same quality. I'm not saying the quality is bad, I'm just saying they are overpriced. I hope J Crew decides to reduce retail locations because I've had bad experiences with them.

The store in New Canaan used to be a pleasant place to shop with helpful staff- no more! The worst - not one upstairs associate greeted us or offered assistance. One rudely reached right across me to grab a shirt - did not acknowledge my presence in any way. Downstairs the situation was better but on the whole a depressung experience.
