I got help by Diane (from the app) and Teo from customer service via email. They both are very helpful. So I purchased a Luna 3 plus the end of February, it works fine until April 28, my device was logged out. When I logged back in, my device was not there. I was asked to add the device and it popped up a message that my device was already registered. I contacted customer service via app. One of them asked me to fill out a claim since she couldn’t help me finding a serial number. I did, and waited for few days, no one contacted me like the agent told me. I contacted 2 more agents. One even told me that she would expedite my case so I will get help faster. No one contacted me like she said. Turned out my case wasn’t even there but the other agents acted like there is one. So I contacted the last one, her name is Diane. She honestly told me that she couldn’t find my case and asked me to contact customer service through phone call. I appreciate Diane telling me that my claim was not found. Unlike other agents (I will not give name) who told me that my case will be expedited so someone will contact me soon. So I called and left a voicemail. Within 15 minutes, an agent named Teo called me back. Unfortunately, I missed his cal but following his instruction, I emailed him and within 1 hour, my porblem was solved.According to Teo, my case was not found due to the fact that the email I registered was a private one. I was told that it happened because I signed up via Apple ID when registered. I don’t know how it happened that way, but Teo was able to help me resolve the issue in an hour after 4-5 days I waited and contact 4 different agents via the app chat.I bought 2 more devices after purchasing my own because I value Foreo’s product until I encountered an issue with my device. At first, I was so disappointed in customer service and promise myself that I wouldn’t buy anymore devices from Foreo, but thanks to Diane and Teo, I changed my mind and will continue supporting Foreo.Foreo needs to have more agents like Diane and Teo!!

I was looking to purchase LUNA 3 device and contacted customer support, wanting to know details of any tests proving the devices’ effectiveness in the anti-aging massage. I was basically trying to justify a very expensive purchase for myself. The staff were friendly but very very vague, they said there was ONE lab study in China but refused to provide any details citing secrecy. I have bought the device anyway and I’m quite happy with the cleansing performance, but still not convinced about the anti-wrinkling function. Also, the mobile app (which MUST be used to operate the device) is EXTREMELY faulty and the company are aware of the issue.

I bought the product on 7th May and I waited two weeks for the order and it didn't arrive. So I emailed the enquiry, Nihad responded quickly and helped me get my order back with the same original price.

A big thank you to Sara for her wonderful Customer service! I had to return my faulty UFO 2 for replacement after 3 months of use. Sara was very helpful and dealt with the problem very efficiently. I was very happy with her service!

Very efficient and easy to deal with! The battery cover on my Luna Fofo broke and was letting water in, and I just had to send in pictures and explain the issue. They’re sending me a new one, which is very kind of them, because I don’t think the Fofo is covered under their standard warranty.

Clark is extremely friendly and helpful. You can just sense his smile and willingness through the phone. He also a fast problem solver. All in all, he is such an asset for Foreo! Thanks for assisting Clark!

Ana was the person who took care about my issue and I can not thank her enough for her kindness and amiability. She is really a professional and made my experience so smooth. Ana replied my in a very short time with a very kind solution. I was blown away by how quickly Foreo responded to my email. I wasn't expecting much since my device was two years old, so when the battery cover broke, I was hoping for either a replacement part or possibly a coupon to allow me to buy another device. Instead, they replaced my device free of charge and because of COVID-19 have not required I return the broken one. So, a million thanks Foreo. Just a small thing to you has been a big deal to me. You and your customer service team are amazing!
