I just book a trip in France at the price of 3448.18. When I received the email the prince was is $5730.84. I call/email Expedia and refund trip+ hotel. Good Dervice

So I booked a weekend away via expedia. After booking i saw a load of bad reviews about them. More worrying reviews about arriving to hotel and not having a room.Well I gave just got home. No problems what so ever. Would definitely book through them again.

I’m very happy with yr company’s service. Especially with the help of mr kuldeep. We managed to cancel the flight to Taipei. Since yesterday, Taipei had typhoon & earth quake which stop us from going. Mr kuldeep is very helpful & friendly guy. He is very patient with us. Really thank & appreciate his help.

I booked a return trip with Expedia from Gothenburg to Auckland with Lufthansa. Unfortunately, one of the flights was cancelled and I had to phone Expedia to get the flight rebooked. Every time I spoke with them they were very friendly and helpful. I called them about four or five times and I only had to wait once for about fifteen minutes before being connected to someone, all the other times I could speak to someone right away. The staff really tried their best to try to get me on another flight, but unfortunately there were no tickets left in my booking class with Lufthansa within a reasonable time frame (+- a week from my original flight date). However, this was not for lack of trying. They phoned Lufthansa several times for me and tried rerouting me through the US or a different country in Asia and I have nothing but praise for the staff on the phones. They were always so kind and went the extra mile for me.I was given a full refund and the money arrived in my account within a few days.However, I will be giving Expedia three stars. The reason for this is that Expedia actually never informed me my flight was cancelled. I found out myself by adding my booking number to the Lufthansa app, where one of the flights came up as cancelled. I don't know how long the flight had been cancelled for before I found out, it could've been days or even a couple of weeks. After finding this out, the Expedia booking on Expedia's own app never changed (it still said confirmed) and there was no email communication from them regarding this.Luckily, I was able to find other flights at a reasonable price. However, had I not checked the booking myself with the airline, I could've found out days before travelling and the prices could've risen so much I would've been unable to travel. Alternatively, shown up at the airport with no flight to catch. The fact that even the Expedia app doesn't show the updated travel itinerary is a huge fault and I should've also been contacted regarding my flight cancellation.My advice is to always add your booking to the airlines app or regurlaly check with the airline that the flights are confirmed! It all worked out for me in the end but not everyone is that lucky. Expedia also needs to ensure their app shows the current flight status.

Good travel options but why on earth would they show me properties that are sold out. Hope they improve their search function and map which force you to click on multiple properties to see the prices. The deals are not really cheaper than Booking.com. Also i think they should have a better weekend getaways section on their website.

We just finished our stay in Porto and wanted to send our review of Maison Cabral, our stay with Alberto and Suzanna was nothing less that perfect. Their hospitality and friendliness made us feel like family. We would highly recommend for first timers in Porto to stay there. This boutique hotel checks all the boxes and we can’t wait to come back

Three Stars just because they use Carmel Lemo Service in their pkg Deals. Horrible experience with Carmel.

I think Expedia is a complete website in travel services but customer support isn't good enough

Surprise Deposit situation. Booked and then realised a week before that there was a pricey deposit to pay. Called through to expedia and they had no clue. Deposit was more than our hotel and flights put together. We prepared for that though weren't too happy as we're students, but anyway when we got there, it was less than half that. Clarity would have been great, saved us worrying that we missed smallprint somewhere. apart from that excellent trip!!!

I thought that this site would be good for me but, not so much the staff when you have to call Customer Service most of them you can'tunderstand because they don't understand or speak English and it'svery frustrating. The prices aren't so bad but, when they make amistake it can take weeks for them to correct their errors and I'mstill waiting for them to put my money back into my account.
