despite the pandemic, fast delivery, product quality, great price

Items arrived quite fast and are exactly as described. Good supplier

Items are often of good quality and replicate what you see on the image (bar one wig which was so abysmal and useable I had to return it) however the communication is DREADFUL. One of the businesses didn't reply to me at all (had to cancel the item as they weren't replying to my enquiries), another was exceptionally patronising telling me to 'be patient' when I was making simple 'yes/no' enquiries, another tried to weasel extra money out of me because they were low in stock of the costume I bought even though they had the item I had paid for nonetheless and one business even told me to cancel my purchase because they didn't want to deliver the item I had bought quickly, even though I had paid extra for quick delivery, and when I told them I needed it they basically demanded I cancelled my order. If you want anything urgently, don't buy from them, nor if you want reliable communication or any additional information as they are hugely unreliable. On top of that I never received an email confirmation or receipt for my purchases as everything is soley done through the website and there was absolutely no information about an expected date of delivery which got perticularly under my skin as I paid a hefty amont of money on top of my purchases to ensure they arrived early. The companies also don't seem to understand the website system as they need to put a delivery tracking through Aliexpress so it can show if teh package is "awaiting shipping" or "awaiting delivery" but a couple of businesses didn't do that when they delivered it and so when I finally got a response from them, discovering that they had actually sent it, I wasn't able to track it at all despite having paid for tracking postage as it was coming from China. Really dissapointed with the service.

I would be blown away to learn that they are not somehow influencing this reviews through third parties, lol! I've been with them for about 5 years now and it isn't great. It isn't bad either. You buy and wait, and wait, and wait, sometimes for a month or more to get the stuff you paid for and you may or or may not get them and you may or not may get your refund. So, buy cheap and buy sparingly and you'll be fine. If the company exists in the USA, don't buy! You won't get what you expect and you won't get your refund...especially for higher price tag items. Its better for cheaper stuff, if you don't like going to dollar stores and don't mind the long wait.

Despite the difficulties, you manage to send the shipments to us users, and so you make us happy!

Have had good luck buying from Aliexpress, So far out of the 50 things I've gotten from sellers on there, I've only had one item lost in the post, even that seller gave me a full refund without any problems at all, and even told me how to go about doing so.
