I ordered from adidas.com today, i meant to order two pairs on MEN'S 10.5 shoes. Somehow i ended up ordering two shoes in WOMEN'S size 10.5 ($400). When i noticed this, i figured i could call adidas and fix it no problem, I work in customer service also. But i called adidas customer service TODAY, on the same business day as the order was placed and was basically told too bad. I explained that my order literally hasn't been packed yet and wont be shipped for at least a day (at my guess) and i only want to cancel so that i can order the men's versions. I was basically told they will knowingly pack and ship the wrong shoes and then i will have to send them back to get a refund at my expense. Returning items at an Adidas store will only give store credit which is not accepted at the online store. I am extremely disappointed and it really makes you see why amazon has it in the bag these days. If i had went with amazon, worst case would be i'd have the wrong shoes delivered in a few days max and i could send them back no charge and get a FULL refund. Adidas has lost my business for good. So read all the recent reviews below and make your own decision. Thank you.An annoyed customerUPDATE: The Adidas brick and mortar store accepted my return at no cost and in the form of my original payment with zero questions or issues. They were kind and helpful. The adidas.com customer service 1800 number was no help, not friendly, and most of the info they gave me was 100% inaccurate. Mind you I called customer service 3 times in disbelief and each time I was given the same disappointing news. What blows my mind is that the customer service reps have an outdated and or inaccurate protocol to follow when it comes to answering questions about returns. All in all it has been resolved, thanks to the customer service skills of the brick and mortar Adidas store employees.

Excellent delivery, next day, excellent courier service. If not in they follow ‘safe place’ instructions. Also love the fact that the parcel is in a box which can be recycled.

Wow. The best choise of my life

My first online order with ADIDAS (I used to wear their products a lot in the 80s and 90s), and it went okay. Two items separately shipped with two different parcel services. The first delivery was quick and arrived within a few days, the second one took a week. They sent me an email that it would be late, though. The first item didn't fit at all (way too long), so I'll return it. Do they have any petite sizes at all? I'll keep the second item because it fits a bit better. Initiated the return but couldn't print the tag, so I'll try and drop it off at a local FedEx office using the barcode. Looking forward to getting my money back. Typing this I was thinking I really could use a new pair of Samba shoes... If they still make them. And it may be easier to figure out that size as well.Update 02/01/2022Dropped the item off at UPS and within the hour I received the confirmation from ADIDAS and the reimbursement. Thanks!
