I bought 4 items the sandals were amazing the jeans fit great and the shorts were amazing fit as well but they sent me the wrong size for the leggings and to try to get through to them was very complicated they don’t answer emails and when I got through to them on the phone they didn’t even apologize for the mistake when I was supposed to wear those pants which is why I payed extra for over night shipping and they are going to give me a free return label however they did nothing to make up for their error and didn’t care at all on the phone. And I was really upset when I went to try on my leggings I was supposed to wear and they were a size xs but I ordered a large and on the outside tag it said xl and on the inside it was sure enough xs. But basically bad customer service. I would like to shop more at Akira in the future but am worried of mistakes like this that cause a huge hassle who wants to go mail the incorrect size.

I was skeptical about ordering from a website that I was unfamiliar with. Some of the reviews were really bad but like most things, I try to be my own critic so I found a dress that I needed (Pageant Advisor here). It was only $50 so I figured that if I got screwed it wouldn’t be a biggy. The dress came to Hawaii in 2 days. Their was a small flaw under the sleeve-a crease made by a bad press. But it won’t be seen where it’s located. It’s unacceptable, but I didn’t want the hassle of the return. We’ll make it work. I’m impressed besides that. Let’s see what else I can buy.....

Akira the CLOTHING STORE is AMAZING. I made sure to buy clothes with reviews and I was not sorry. I ordered my clothes after Christmas and they came in the following week. No issues. The clothes were exactly as pictured. Getting a hold of them via email is rough and I did wait on the phone but the item they couldn’t locate they did. And I got the last poncho. I got through to an agent in under 20 minutes even with the holidays from the east coast. Can’t complain.

I went in Sunday afternoon with my baby to find a fabulous outfit for my birthday-I was nervous because 1. I had the baby with me 2. I was short on time -but the girls at the store made my experience so good! They entertained the baby as I tried on outfits but they also help me choose the right dress. Love this place!

Obssessed with the styles and fast delivery
I always shop the Akira online store before I even became a blogger. Loved shopping on the site, because there are just so many styles you normally don't find at average stores. I always love edgy and different clothes, not to mention the quality of these pieces are just super high, I always keep then for more than a few seasons! amazing but shouldn’t use fedex
FedEx delivered my package to some random person posing as a family member and Akira was nice enough to send me another even though it was due to fedex’s negligence I lost the package

I read the reviews and had to double look at the company because i have never been disappointed with a layer from shopakira and for a store in Chicago i get my items in 2 days 3 days the most. Some of their clothing are so unique that when you wear it everyone asks where i bought it from. The only thing is I’ve post some pics on Instagram so they can post me and they haven’t jajajajaja
