I always love their clothes! Sometimes I wish the prices could be a little cheaper, but I guess that's what the sales rack is for! I love the style and love their jeans! One of my favorite stores!

I’ve been an avid shopper at express for years and their clothes are good quality, phenomenal actually and worth every cent. I’ve paid full price for many items from jeans to blouses because I know how trustworthy the brand is. This summer, 2020 they did not have a good selection of shorts and Thats my only complaint which is more personal than anything. But I suppose during a pandemic who needs shorts huh? Lol

Happy with my order. Love my new sweater- it looks exactly as on the picture and the quality is even better than I expected. It took a while before my order was finally shipped but it arrived fairly quickly. I’m surprised that some reviewers are saying that there are no customer support... when I called, I was immediately connected with the rep and all my questions was answered.

I've ordered from Express about six times in four months. All of them are online orders because I struggle finding clothes available in my size in the stores. Their products are actually really good. I switched from American Eagle to Express after liking the variety, sizing, designs, and deals. Their clothes have several different types of fabrics. Some are more breathable than others. They can be a little expensive to order from, but they do carry out good deals all the time. The best deal that they have is their additional discounted clearance sales. I bought $700 worth of clothes for only ~$200. Their fabrics don't really fade easily, like the custom printed shirts from RedBubble. Their designs are actually sewn into the fabric, so it will take a lot of wear-and-tear to actually notice a difference in the colors. Their jeans are more comfortable than AE because they have additional stretch. I wore $130 jeans in the past and Express matches that level of comfort and fabric type. They had a 2-pair for $99 deal, which is quite a lot, but these are very high quality and I could almost fall asleep with them on.Finally, their shipping times are very quick. Handling takes more time to ship, but when they send out the order (usually 2-3 days later), I occasionally see the order arriving the next day after receiving the email. On one occasion, the shipment email arrived late, but it just meant that the package was in transit and I wasn't hovering over the tracking number, waiting for it.The reason why I took off one star is (like most other reviews) the customer service can be a hit or miss sometimes. I had to contact them twice. Both times were to get Express Insider points fixed because I was missing some points, but both agents were apologetic and I had no issue talking to them. They offer live chat, but the feature must've been removed from their site because the button does nothing when you click on it.

I love Express and really appreciate their customer service. Always helpful to me when shopping online as well as instore. They have a great collection of women's work clothes that are not only beautiful but also well made.
