Popcultcha Coupon January 2022

Have ordered a few times from Popcultcha now. Only issue I have is the packaging protecting the Funko pop is quite sparing, which has caused damage to my orders. Would be great if they could put more protection inside the boxes to prevent future damages especially as I'm ordering all the way from the UK.

Wonderful customer service! great POPs!I received the 2 POPs i ordered. one had damage on the inside (obviously a manufacture quality issue not retailer) and Chris from customer service helped organize the replacement so quickly! absolutely wonderful to speak to. made sure item was still in stock before promising send out (A+) and just was an absolute delight! thank you Chris and thank you team!!

My first of three orders have arrived from Australia to the UK and I cannot fault the service so far, I was updated when it was shipped and provided tracking information. I was expecting to pay import / vat but on this occasion it slipped through without charge but probably wont be lucky the next time. For you people moaning about import charges, you should do your research before ordering from outside the UK, this is nothing to do with the retailer they have zero control, they box and fill in the customs declaration as required by law and if it gets pulled for a fee then tough luck, about 80% of my items get stopped and charged and you just have to live with it, it's the price you pay to get rare items not available in the UK and with the fees its still cheaper than eBay scalpers. Dont let me down popcultcha with my next two

I've only ordered from here a couple of times. It's a great place to get funko pops for a great price... But there's some catches.Firstly you have to have some patience. It does seem to take several days when you order to get to the picking and packing stage, then several more days to get from the picking packing stage to the dispatch stage. Then obviously after that you have to wait for it to arrive (In my case from Australia to the UK). I don't mind the transport time, but wish the process of getting the item dispatched from the time of order was a bit quicker.Secondly there is obviously the vat and handling fees you have to pay when the order hits the UK. I was aware of this so calculated the cost when I ordered - I still got every pop I ordered cheaper than I could find from retailers/ebay in the UK so it was all good. But, I can imagine some people don't realise about the extra fees so may be caught out. In the UK 20% vat is added onto the total of your order if over £15 (that's the cost of the items not including postage) and the Royal Mail charge a handling fee which in my case was £8. On big orders these fees could mount up.To get around it now, I tend to only make orders under £15. So the last pop I ordered was a convention exclusive for £10 + £7.70 postage, and it still worked out to be 50% cheaper than I can get elsewhere.So they're a great resource for pops, if you have patience, and work out you import and handling fees before hand

I ordered 10 pops and they took 16 days to arrive which is pretty good considering they have come from the other side of the world. There is a 20% import tax and Royal Mail charge £12 handling fee which you pay for when your parcel arrives at your local depot.The Pops were doubled boxed and the outer box is very thick and sturdy. The Pop's and their boxes were in very good condition.I'm incredibly pleased with my purchase and I'll be using them again in the future.

Been ordering from this company for over two years now and I've not had any problems whatsoever. I live in the UK and understand that deliveries do take a while to arrive, especially when there's a convention on. So I'm pretty happy to wait for my orders as I know they will come eventually and in excellent packaging.As I live in the UK, I always get hit with custom charges but that's the risk I take when ordering a lot each time and from Australia.I do only purchase exclusives that I cannot get in the UK or if Popcultcha are cheaper. We don't get a lot of exclusives here, if we do they are extremely over priced and sometimes it works out better/cheaper to get from Australia.I would never by commons from here.I mostly try to limit myself to around 3 or 4 in-stock pops and few pre-ordered pops as I'll have to pay customs on the bulk of the order but I won't on individual items sent out singularly.And it's Royal Mail who had the custom charges, most of the time it only costs me around £16.78 as Royal Mail add an £8 handling fee (sometimes more or less).Overall, I'm really happy with the service I recieve from Popcultcha. Order pretty much each month and have had no problems as of yet so will continue to order from them.Great company. Thank you.

Over the moon with my order I've been after some of these pops for quite some time. Just be aware there is customs and handling charge if you order from the uk this works out at 20% vat and £12 handling charge if your order is over £15. Pops were well packaged and not one damaged pop thanks guys I will be buying from you again5***

Tried to do an online order one week before Christmas for a Dr Who scarf but for some reason the order wasn't completed. I called customer service on the Monday morning and spoke to a lovely lady who first checked to make sure the order actually hadn't gone through, then took the order manually from me. The item arrived on Thursday before Christmas and the recipient is very happy with his present.

I bought a Game of Thrones bust from Popcultcha as a gift, despite some negative reviews. The product was in perfect condition and shipped very promptly. I received many emails updating on the progress after the purchase. I had no issues with this company. DISCLAIMER: I live in Melbourne, Victoria, and note some negative reviews are from international customers. Consider this if making a purchase.
