I just ordered a range of balloons for my Dads 60th birthday a few weeks ago and was so impressed at the delivery service and they were delivered on time and securely in a big plastic bag. The colours were fab and we were able to get a personalised message on some of the balloons which was just a fantastic personal touch. Altogether I got two big number balloons, 4 star shaped balloons, two of them with personal messages painted on in a lovely gold glitter paint, with four balloon weights and string plus the delivery all for €50. A fantastic and reasonable price I thought, safe to say I will only use Party City for any party needs from here on out! A big Thankyou!

This review is for party city Canada. I ordered and then read a lot of reviews that seemed absolutely awful. After reading I also found out that Party city canada was sold to canadian tire in august - so the majority of the reviews are invalid at this point. So here is my honest review.Ordered our costumes for this Halloween (2019) online on friday September 20. Tuesday September 24 I received confirmation that they had shipped - cut to today : Thursday September 26 - our box of costumes (3) has arrived!!! 2 business days! All 3 costumes are exactly as they appear on the website - and all came in the right sizes. I am extremely impressed. Every year I order costumes online and so far party city canada is the best for selection, price and shipping. Awesome :)

Party City has amazing options, from costumes to tons of different accessories ! It’s good quality but it can be pricey sometimes. Overall it’s a well orientated place to shop! And I would definitely recommend trying this plays out!.

(How many exclamation marks can I use without taking up my whole review).She took the time to go over my balloon arrangement until I was completely satisfied.She had to deal with other customers at the time she was helping me but never came back in a rush or any frustrations. She was all in it.She expressed this is what she loves to do…. party plan and make beautiful decorations for parties.You could tell that she meant it by the way she helped me.If anyone ever goes to Party City Alameda please connect with SIMONE!!! I mean a party is a special event for you and your loved ones. To have someone maintain the spirit of that party is exactly what you need.She could tell I was nervous about making it perfect and she wanted to relieve as much of that nervousness as possible.She presented me with other options like weights I could use, how I could place the balloons on the table as center pieces, how I could balance my balloon bouquet with satin balloons, how larger balloons may not fit entirely in the car but if I did decide to get them how they can be placed at the end and blown up at the event.She suggested mylar balloons to stand out with the bouquet… I mean so many different things without the feel of the upsell, just ideas I could use to make it great.I can not sing enough praises about Simone… she was everything!!!I told her she will be there for my wedding :-D!!Thank you girly!! I love Party City! Between the balloons and the customers/employees, it's a wonderful place! There is so much stuff for parties of all kinds. Around Halloween time, the ideas are endless. Sometimes the prices can be a bit steep, but the quality is rather good and sturdy. The costumes are made well, I've gotten several and they stand up to some pretty good use. The plates, napkins, and other tableware holds up to some heavy duty foods and I've used them a lot. The selections of balloons!!!!!! So many choices! And the selections are always growing and changing. I may have developed a love for snickers that I never knew thanks to PC, my family laughs when I come home with them now. As an employee, it's a wonderful experience. I love working with the balloons especially. But my absolute favorite moment is seeing little children come in. Their faces when they see all the candy and balloons is priceless. Shocked awe and they look like they went to Disney. Seeing regulars is rather heartwarming too. I have a few that come in so often, it feels worrying when I don't see them in a while. My coworkers are an extended family. Even the ones who have left and moved on to other places of work. And I love each of them! Honestly, Party City is wonderful! Between the items and the people it's always a party there! And it's a place I'll continue to love. It has changed and shaped me in good ways. I've learned how to interact with people from all walks of life and nationalities, we have several people who have thicker accents and learning a bit about them and where they're from is so cool!! The elderly ones who come in mainly for the birthday cards have lessons and stories they'll part with, on slower days thankfully, and I treasure them all.

Just got all the supplies in time for my niece’s bday usually I go to the store but some stuff was only online and I was skeptical because of possible damage to fragile things but it came packed really well no problems.

My go to for special events and I also like their bulk candies. prices are a bit more expensive than walmart and stupertore but they have a good selection. Cool decorations too and people working there are helpful.
