Pricing was in line or better than other retailers. Ordered the shoes on tuesday and arrived on saturday. Quality shoes directly from a brand. I would recommend.

Ordered from the UK store but the shoes are being sent from Germany. Its important to undersna where the products we order are coming from so we can make informed decisions. Clearly the delivery period was much slower than expected, a week later still waiting.

I found it difficult to order shoes on this site, but I think I’ve finally figured it out. I hope this helps others.I wanted to order a set of Onitsuka Tiger shoes to replace a pair from the same brand id worn out. I checked the label in the shoe to get my size…but beware! the size printed inside the shoes themselves are US and euro sizes. The sizes on the website are UK sizes. UK sizes are not printed inside the shoes.UK sizes look very similar to the US ones but they are different. I’m a UK size 9.5, but my shoes are a US size 10.5. I simply read the number printed on the inside of the shoe and then ordered a pair that were too large. Judging by the reviews here plenty of people make the same mistake. This is why.The website designers at Onitsuka Tiger should fix this in my opinion by including the European and US size alongside the UK size on the product description. You can’t see this information, even if you look for it.Also the delivery is free, but very slow. The shoes are shipped from Germany, and take between 1-2 weeks to arrive. That’s fine if you’re expecting it, but again the website gives the impression that delivery is much faster.The website itself is very (!) slow. Especially if you’re looking for information about an order. Which can be frustrating. When I had to return an order I spoke to a helpful customer sales agent who showed me the return button on the website. The return was again very slow but they did refund me after a few weeks, so all ended well.The shoes themselves are very well made and comfortable. the discounts on Sale items are decent also, but arguably the ‘normal’ price for these shoes is rather high. £70 -£90 for most of their standard trainers, more expensive than the high street.If Onitsuka Tiger are reading this, please improve your website (product info and speed) and shipping. It undermines an otherwise good quality product. The pricing is premium, but the buying experience is poor.EDIT: the shoes arrived after 8 days but they were a completely different model and size to what i’d ordered. Disappointing.
