I have ordered from OASAP twice now. I have purchase three dresses from them and all three have turned out beautifully. I will first describe my experience with the dresses and then my experience with engaging with customer service, all of which have been positive experiences.First, two of the three dresses I purchased where knock-offs from Free People. I recognized the same exact photo that was used on the Free People website was the one advertised on OASAP. I was a little hesitant and worried what would turn up in the mail, but I figured for 15 bucks, it was worth the gamble. The dress exceeded my expectations. The print was beautiful and the fit perfect. The quality, I will say, is average. I lost a button at one point (but luckily found it) and opted to double sew all the buttons, as all of them seemed somewhat unsecured. But it was absolutely worth the 15 bucks I paid for it. I absolutely love the dress.So I purchased two others. Both dresses came and looked fabulous, however, upon inspection of one of the dresses, one of the button was loose and had immediately fallen off. I contacted OASAP and was disappointed when it had been nearly two weeks of not hearing from them. I thought back to these reviews and thought perhaps this is where the low stars came from. So I sent a follow up e-mail and that very day I heard back from them and they apologized for the time it took and quickly took the time to fix my issue. I was extremely pleased with the customer service (once they did respond) and can confidently say that I trust OASAP and will gladly purchase from them again. Here are some tips when purchasing from OASAP:Tip #1:Be sure to measure yourself and use their styling guide, and you shouldn't have any problems with sizing. Also, remember each item of clothing offers different sizing. Each dress I received fit exactly as I expected, based off of my measurements and the sizing guides. Tip #2:Remember you are purchasing a cheap dress-quality isn't going to be the most amazing thing ever. It will be pretty average. Wearing the clothes (at least the ones I purchased) doesn't come across as being "cheap" but it doesn't portray an air of fine quality. Set your expectations accordingly.Tip #3:If you need to contact OASAP directly, don't hesitate to send a follow up e-mail. Once they respond, they are super friendly and provide high quality customer service.Disclaimer:I've only purchased dresses from OASAP, and can't speak for other types of clothing. But from what I have purchased, I can definitely recommend with a confidence thumbs up!

I am 5'3 and 150 pounds. I got a big butt and I cannot lie! Lol, so the dress fits perfectly. I love the way it hugs my body. However, due to my ASSets, the dress is a little shorter in the back. But that's fine. I ordered a medium. Fast shipping to US.

I began to worry since I did not get a confirmation email in 24 hours, so i sent an email to them, and happily i get a response with the conformation of the shipping address soon. I like the dress. It looks just like the picture and fits well. I'm a medium, so I ordered a medium and it looks really cute. The only thing is... The shipping during this period is a little longer, and it takes about a month time to receive it. Hope this can be changed in the future...
