Personally I’ve found this service very entertaining, plenty of movies and shows but why can’t you simply search an actor & have his/her movies pop up? Seems a bit daft to me... #sorteditoutnowtv

I have been with now tv for just over a year. After my first year was up I contacted them to discuss staying with them. I got through straight away and they managed to give me the same deal I had the previous year which I was very happy with. Over the year I have only had one issue with my WiFi losing connection which they Speedily sent an engineer out to fix the problem. The people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and I have always managed to get through to them without a problem

I cannot thank this company enough for their excellent customer service. I was thinking of switching to another company, but NOW TV met their original promise that if at the end of my contract I could not afford the new price then I was able to negotiate and they met their promise. I find the basic broadband service I have meets my needs. I rarely loose connection and if it is running slow then It is usually things that have built up on my laptop . Clearing old files usually restores the service.

Using Now tv in Ireland. Got rid of sky and using free to air and Now tv for sports. I must say I'm delighted with the service. I pay my month each month and if I cancel they would give me a offer. Also I got the movies in for the xmas for 15 euro for 2 months which I think is very good. Also what I think is brilliant is you have 6 screens. So for example. Kids wanted to watch a Netflix movie down stairs yesterday and I wanted to watch the football. I could watch the football on tv upstairs. No hassle. Would highly recommend now tv in Ireland. And bit of advice if you buy a pass or got offer and runs out next month give them plenty of notice. Like my sky sports runs out 11th jan. I'll cancel it now but I will still have it up to 11th jan.If I had choice of now tv or now tv. You have 6 screens,box sets, no ringing on line chat, and easy to cancel, picture Hd and no contracts either. Love now tv

They've got pretty good offers out there, the prices are competitive and the service is just fine. It's not the best broadband out there, but for someone on a budget it's one of the very best options. I know a lot of people complain about the customer service, but personally I love that they let you be. You're not gonna get tons of promo emails, just the ones that you actually sign up for. And the website is pretty good, easy to navigate, super mobile friendly, so if you're looking for something it's easy to find it. The one thing I was disappointed in was that I didn't get a warning when the costs where increasing because the 12 months of contract were over. The WiFi is generally really good. Gives problems now and then, but it's more because of the area I live in (I had even more problems with Sky) and it usually gets solved on its own. The thing that I love the most, and it's the very first time I've had an experience like this, is how easy it is to cancel your plan. I had to cancel it recently after over a year of having NowTV and it was all done in literally 3 minutes. They didn't insist with offers, they asked once about why I was cancelling and that was it. They cancelled it just before the new payment date and it was all done. Amazing. Maybe I've just had really bad experiences before, but this was the easiest cancellation of a service I've ever had to do. One could read it as in, they don't care about keeping their customers - but honestly it makes me wanna leave even more when they keep me on the phone for half an hour after I've told them I'm 100% sure about cancelling. So I really appreciate the no bs approach of NowTV.

Set up and delivery fine, connection fine 11mps, yes slow but that's due to where I live no fibre unfortunately lol but absolutely fine for what I use it for. My only problem is customer service this certainly needs addressing, I had a simple query about payment , and was told one thing by one rep and another thing by another rep! And my payment still hasn't been taken,( and was told she couldn't take the payment over the phone

This would have been a 5 star review. The package had been a great price for the first 12 months. I negotiated another fair deal for the second 12 months. But on 2nd renewal they refused to do a deal anywhere the price I was being offered elsewhere so I was looking at an increase of 28% (£11) per month for my package.New customers meanwhile are offered the same deal for just £1 more than I am currently paying which would have been fine.So much for valuing existing customers

The price rises for this service are making this service very unattractive!!! The 24 hr sky sports day pass has increased twice in 12 months from £6.99 to now £9.99. As for charging an extra £3 a month to watch full HD ,when most folk are paying extra to watch 4k ,this is laughable!!!

Not a great player when watching on desktop

Lazy. There are good shows. But a lot of shows (top viewed, e.g. TWD) don’t have subtitles ... this is an easy win .. why they don’t align with first of the class (e.g Netflix)The app is poor..can’t skip intros etc., overall slow and counterintuitive
