Be care of the VIP GIMMIC
I ordered a blouse, tank top and capris for vacation. I received the lovely blouse and tank top in a few days but the capris came in several weeks later. I noticed today that I have been getting billed $14.95 a month for 2 months now for VIP Service to get some kind of discounts on some of the stores i shop in. Their customer service department could not help me but when i transferred to the VIP department, i was informed i signed up for it March 18 when i placed my order. Even I misunderstood?? why wasn't i sent some type of discount card. I have since then shopped in the very stores they advertise on their web site (I checked today) and have never received any kind of discount card. BEWARE of this offer when you order from them.

First time experience was amazing!
I ordered for the first time and received my order yesterday. I truly don't understand these negative reviews. I had no problem and customer service was fantastic. Shipping fast,quality and items were received just as described.

I am shocked by all the negative reviews for NorthStyle. I have ordered from them many times over the past few years and never had any problems with receiving items in a timely manner, or receiving refunds for returned items. I’ve never had fraudulent charges on my credit cards. While I acknowledge it’s been a couple of months since I’ve ordered from them I can’t help but think that the situation that seems to be going on currently has something to do with the container ships fiasco. And by the way, for those who’ve complained that the clothing is made in China and only distributed from a warehouse in the US, where do they think clothes from upscale stores are made. That’s right, they’re mostly made in China too.

System maintenance for three weeks? Come clean….
I love their clothes and have been a frequent shopper. The quality is nice and the bamboo pjs are amazing. However, I placed an order three weeks ago and have heard nothing. I tried to follow up for over a week and the Website has been down. The customer service folks are pleasant, but claim to have no info. No one does three weeks system maintenance at this time of year, so I would expect more of a company than to tell us that for three weeks. You have ro have some idea of how long this is really gonna be, you are better than this! And, why when you call customer service does it say to go to Website when website is down?

Loved them. Not sure what to think.
I love their clothes and have ordered successfully in past years. I don't know what is going on with them and their website for the last few weeks. Maybe it's a labor shortage or problems with items stuck on cargo ships. I hope this is just a blip as it will be upsetting to loose my favorite catalog. I want to order, but will only do so once I see the website up again.

I have ordered from this company in the past, and been satisfied. But, like many other things lately I am questioning if there is a hacking of this site. The website was down for a week or so. Then when I did order, it took several calls and questioning before my order was processed. Took about 3 weeks. I have had companies recently taking pictures of real catalog offerings and reproducing a product. One company actually said product made in US on the photo, but when tracking the product came from China and the sweaters were made in China. Unfortunately, this is an increasing problem. I have disputed my charge and was credited on one order and reported it as a scam. Then the company just told me if it arrived to donate to charity, which I am doing. Beware!

Loved my first experience
Ordered from NorthStyle for the first time last week and received my merchandise today. I liked what I ordered very much. My item fit well and the quality was good. All in all I am very happy with my purchase. Website worked just fine. Not sure what's going on with the reviews but can't help but think other participants in the global market do everything they can to discredit American companies.
