Wow! I am shocked at all the negative reviews. I never had a problem with them at all. I catch their best sales of the year and paid less than $300 for a whole summer wardrobe. Quality products..quick shipping..and absolutely no problems.

I seen a lot of bad reviews ... but besides the bad reviews mine is actually perfect ... got a bulova watch and got it like in 3 days ... packaging was great and the watch looks exactly the way it looks on the picture and the quality is amazing ... the price in other websites were up to like over 450 dollars and i paid 265 dollars with this site so no complains here at all

I have recently shopped online at Nordstrom Rack, and although their immense variety and inventory is astonishing, I would say the best deals is probably in their shoe section, and while the rest of the site has okay prices with clothing and home goods, most of the products you can find for a lot cheaper at TJ Maxx. Other than that, the only negative thing I really have is that their shipping rate (for orders under $100) is a whopping $7.95 which is one of the highest I have seen anywhere!

I don’t know the reason why they have so many bad reviews but my experience with their customer service was very very good. I had an issue with my shipping address leading to my account was locked. I did not know it was the shipping address issue so I changed my billing address and made the problem getting worse and my nordstrom card was locked as well. And AMBER team, a very kind and patient team I’ve ever seen in my life helped me getting through the process even though it Was very complicated because I messed up my information in the system. I appreciate what they did, not about my orders but their service. I love Nordstrom Rack, and will be their customer forever. Thanks AMBER team. If you have problem, try to reach out her team, you will see what I said is correct.

I am a Nordstrom member living in Vancouver. Before the US-Canada border closed. I use Nordstrom Rewards to shop at Nordstrom stores in WA every time I have a chance. Then when I go again, I will take cash to the store to pay. This way I can collect more points. The border is closed and Nordstrom ’s store is closed. I can't pay the arrears on the Rewards card in time. I called Nordstrom USA twice and wanted help. Customer service has been horrible. I have an estimated wait time of 2 hours. try to email them, you get an automated response that no one follows up. Until the beginning of April. Finally, customer service called me to Urge me to pay the bill ! I explained the well-known reason that I cannot pay in the US now. I asked him to send me an e-mail with the address of Nordstrom US Accounting department. I am good to send a check to the Nordstrom US . He didn't email me! At the end of April. Should be the same person, he contacted me again. I made the same request. This time his reply was-he couldn't email me. Because of company regulations? This has been dragged on until two weeks ago. I have to pay interest and Fees Charged for nearly 250 US dollars. At this time now. Any additional expenditure should be avoided as much as possible for us. I had to borrow from my friends in Seattle to pay. Things like this must not just happen to me alone. Hope that Nordstrom US can be more like your own advocate-How can we serve you? We're listening!

From what I can see, many people have been giving Nordstrom bad reviews. I can understand the frustration about shipping, but many of the comments are quite unrelated. Quite a few comments are complaining about the company's order service, when it is partly the writer's fault that something went wrong. I am not pointing fingers, this is mainly my view. Another couple of reviews complain that shoes or items were of bad quality, or were badly delivered. I can understand their frustration here too. But you must understand that shipping is greatly complicated during Covid-19, and some of your items may be hurriedly wrapped or not in good shape, as the workers have many deliveries to take care of (Everyone is at home, so there are going to be more of them).There are also those who complained about how long it took to get a refund or to get the item delivered to them. Almost all of the reviews that say this actually got their items delivered, or their money refunded. It is important to understand that this is during Covid-19, and of course shipping will be a bit complicated. If you end up getting your item anyway, and it is in good shape, then be grateful there are people working for you during these dangerous times. I have not actually ordered from this company yet, but I have found some clothes I like the look of, and will order them soon. If it turns out that the items are of bad quality, I will of course write another review giving some criticism that Nordstrom can take a look at.

I see a lot of negative reviews here and It's confusing because that hasn't been my experience at all. The prices to quality ratio that Nordstrom rack has is unseen anywhere else and they often have items that other stores don't. Don't let the bad reviews scare you- Often stores have majority bad reviews because people tend to only bother writing reviews when something goes wrong. This doesn't mean the store is bad, it just means that reviews don't show all the data.

I shop at their store at least once or twice and shop on their website manybe once month. I returned about a fourth or a third of them and never had a problem, except once with a swimsuit, because the store does not take swimware that purchased online. I was surprised and unhappy, but that was the store policy, and I can still return it, and I returned by mail, paid $6.95. I have to say it is a great experience in general, I always find good deals, and they carry many brands that are not sold in my local Macy's store or outlets stores. Recently, I had a issue with the gift card, the store cashier took the initiative to call customer service and spent over 30 minutes trying to help me. This is why I decided to write this review. Online shopping has changed our daily life and changed how we interact with people. Surely we can find better price online, but getting the help with a group of geniune people make me feel cared and loved. I am glad there is a NR store in this town and I will continue shop there.
