I have to share my experience with you guys because it is a good one. I made my order on January 4th at 8 PM and I received my package today January 8th at 3:30 PM. I have to say I was so surprised to see how fast I got it, because after ordering I had been reading all the reviews good and bad ones and I started to worry besides I chose standard shipping 5-7 business days. I am glad my order was processed as soon as possible. Nine West, you got a happy customer here in N.Y. !

I like a lot this brand, everything I've bought from them is good. My shoes last for long so consider that, idk about customer service, nothing to complain about until now

I like the style and quality of their shoes. I've never had any issues buying from their stores. Never had to return anything. Their shoes really last a long time so I will buy again.

I recently bought the Pepper Cage Sandals (Nine West dot com was on super sale...) and I love this pair of shoes. My feet are extremely thin, the arch is almost too thin to fill in any shoes, so I do have trouble buying sandals - I had to throw away a beautiful pair of DVF sandals because the straps could not keep my feet within the shoe and my feet were always sliding off to the ground (whats the points of wearing shoes...). This particular pair has adjustable straps, I have never met such comfortable pair!!! I luv them!!!!

Nine West has been my go-to shoe palace for many years! I wear a size 5 and Nine West is the only shoes I can find in my size! The shoes are beautiful and comfortable and last FOREVER! Simple, sleek, stylish. I love the Tatiana heels. I have them in at least 4 colors! I highly recommend Nine West for anyone looking for a great pair of shoes for special occasions or everyday wear. I am in my heels 8+hours a day and my feet never hurt. Shoes come in wide, too.

Update:After posting a review here yesterday, I called the hotline number listed on their Facebook page. I spoke to a helpful agent named Melissa and she said she'd do her best to resolve the issue. Later that night, I received an email stating that my order shipped. I received the order today! Woah. The shoes are cute, yet it took 2 phone calls and two weeks to receive them.So, maybe they aren't scamming, and they truly didn't have a handle on the amount of orders they received during the Black Friday sale and Cyber Monday sale. Original review: I recall purchasing Nine West shoes in the past and enjoying the fit and style. So, I returned to their brand this year to buy 2 pairs of heels during their Black Friday sale. I placed an order on November 23, 2018. Called last week to check on its status and was told that it was being picked. The customer service agent didn't really tell me anything new. He wasn't rude, yet he wasn't particularly helpful. I visited the site for additional information today, and my order is still listed as being picked. Not sure what that means in regards to shipping. I am curious as to when the order will ship. I called the number and the message stated that they are experiencing technical difficulties and to call back later. So, I submitted a ticket to ask for additional information regarding the shipping. 12 days is a lengthy amount of time to wait for an order. Do better, Nine West...

Their website is difficult to navigate through. I want to place an order, there is no cart at the end and the page where you can proceed to pay doesn't work. Its stupid for such a big company to have a silly website maybe that's why they closed all the stores.

I have ordered from them several times and have gotten exactly what I ordered and in fast time. I have never had to return anything, so I dont know about their return or customer service polices.

I wear a size 10.5 in shoes and 11 in boots, which are hard to find sizes for women in the average store. Ninewest.com, however, offers a plethora of styles in both of these sizes. I own so many pairs of pumps, sandals, and boots from Ninewest.com that I should be part owner. Smile. My best experiences are with leather footwear. I personally have found their leather shoes and boots to be affordable, stylish, true to size, true to image, and of good quality. I will be a life long shopper of Ninewest.com leather goods.
