Since I posted the review below Newlook have been in contact and refunded the purchase cost. Because the original order still hasn’t been received, as at Saturday 6th November 2021, my wife reordered the exact same items and these have duly been delivered by DPD today Saturday 6th November 2021. I think Newlook have been let down by their other carrier, Hermes and because it proved impossible to communicate with a Newlook person rather than Newlook BOTS it led to frustration.The items purchased are all of a high quality and fit perfectly. I have changed this review to reflect this and the speed at which Newlook sorted things out. Will be ordering again in the future but will check who the carrier is.My wife Placed an online order with Newlook on Wednesday 27th October 2021, received a despatch email from them stating that the order would be delivered on Friday 29th October 2021.Then Received an email from their carrier, Hermes on Thursday 28th October 2021 stating that the order had been received by them but there would be a short delay in delivery, needless to say it’s now Wednesday 3rd November 2021 and order has not been delivered. Tracking information on Hermes has not been updated since Thursday 29th October 2021. Proved impossible to communicate directly with Newlook. Absolutely appalling customer service.

The only problem I had was I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it as the item wasn't loaded onto the van on time. But my item did arrive the following day and the delivery driver knew about the problem and apologised on their behalf which is great customer service.Otherwise the service was quick and the items was just what I wanted.

I always receive exceptional service with New Look - especially when I have had to contact customer services. The wait time is minimal (if there is any at all) and all of the customer advisors go out of their way to help in any way possible. By far the best high street retailer.

Vonne was so helpful over live chat today , really polite and friendly. Resolved my problem with a good outcome ☺️

Nice style and prices, but most of their shoes are made of cheap materials. However some coats I have shopped from NL are really good and durable.

I had ordered stuff but I put my wrong email address so couldn't pick up my order I whats app and cassie was so helpful

I went into your Cheltenham store today and purchased a jumper and a cardigan, but there doesn’t seem to be much of a choice for the average size person, just seems to be bodysuits and clothes that fit girls who are the size of models.. I can’t fault the staff as they were lovely to me!
