On my Freewing F-4 maiden take-off the elevator connection broke and the plane came down. Although under no obligation to do so, Motion RC replaced the airframe. The motor/ESC combination was not damaged and will be transferred to the new aircraft. This is amazing customer support! I can't recommend Motion RC enough. For me, Motion RC is the place to go for quality EDF jets and warbirds, in fact, I have not purchased an airplane anywhere else for the last year and a half.

I Purchased the AL37 From Motion RC in January. The airplane is very well thought out well-designed and strong. Not to mention it is super scale details with the cockpit pilots, 4 servo driven scale flaps, nose gear doors, detailed decal/sticker set, retracts with scale struts springs on all gear, upper and lower red beacon, wing/nose landing lights, NAV lights and strobe lights! Assembles very easily in about 2-3hours. The Main wings come off easily with two screws, 1 disconnect for all of the lights and servos then there is the 3 motor wire disconnects. very easy to remove the wings if you need to. I leave mine assembled. It is also a great flyer. It slows down very nicely for the landing with full flaps. My flight test was with a single HRB 5000 50c 6S. I did decide to move the battery tray back and add a second 5000 6s! I now have eight minutes of flight time with about an additional minute for taxi in and taxi out totaling 10 min. I run the dual pack configuration all the time in parallel since flight number 2. I shifted the battery tray and batteries back when I added the second battery to put the CG right on the recommended point which works perfectly. I let Motion RC know in case they want to extend the battery tray for a two battery option for others in the future but it’s not difficult to move it. I just drilled some new holes and slid it back. I did modify the battery strap to accommodate two batteries. I do use a little bit more runway with 2 packs. I did install a lighter spring in the nose strut and grease it so that it floats like the real 737 when u taxi. This airplane is amazing I have flown 40+ flights now and it is holding up great. I have flown in conditions with the wind down the runway gusting and other days with nearly 90 degree crosswind up to 14 mph and it does amazing! Adding the United livery soon. My honest opinion is motion rc is awesome! I have had one plane the Dynam Meteor that had sub par glue jobs fixed them in my pre flight and what I could not motion resolved the issues with new parts I'm very pleased!!

Contacted customer support 3 days in a row for help with an Aspire Mrrcsound unit I purchased from them. Was told the guy knowledgeable with this unit would call me back. Even chatted with the supposed Manager to Customer Support and he assured me I would be called the next morning first thing. Still no call. I was able to chat on-line with this person but it was all very confusing because of the delay in questions and answers. All total about two hours of contact between myself, five customer service phone calls, and on-line chat. All this could have taken 5-10 minutes by phone if the service rep would have called back as promised. Terrible customer service experience. Part was shipped and received in a reasonable amount of time. Only positive. After posting a negative review, I received a call from Motion RC Customer Service Manager. He was fantastic in helping me with the issue I was having. He put me in touch with a different customer service representative and after about 10 minutes I had some good advise on how to correct my problem. He assured me that if I had any other issues they would be able to help resolve them. Glad I was able to update my review of Motion RC. Thank you Martin and Derrick.

Exchanged a defective battery within minutes of receiving requested photo documentation of low cell. A+. I have purchased several foam jets from motion. They are good practice planes to master maneuvers before trying them on an expensive composite jet. They get wadded up occasionally, motions’s repair parts stock and service is unmatched.

I have been flying radio control aircraft since the days of pulse proportional control systems. For a brief time in the eighties I flew RC helicopters but stopped until about 6 months ago. I decided to build a 600 size Roban Hughes 500. I wanted it fully detailed with a 5 blade rotor head, full cockpit and 4 blade tail. The flybarless systems were new to me and at first finding the correct equipment was a challenge. Motion RC, especially Ed made the experience great! He helped every step of the way, and yesterday I had a maiden flight of a rock stable full scale Hughes 500 with Callie Graphics for an Italian military squadron! It looks great in the air. I ordered the B-24 from Motion RC! Nice plane, very nice plane. I had an issue with the BEC not allowing me to sync the ESC's, so I called the helpdesk. Got an immediate response from the Service Manager and he helped trouble shoot and then sent me a new BEC!! I received the new BEC and installed it and bam everything clicked. Not only great shipping service, great plane; but the best customer support one could ask for. THANK YOU MOTION! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

Received my Piper J-3 via FedEx and unfortunately the fuse was damaged. I called Motion and they immediately ask me to take a couple pictures and send them, which I did. The very next day I got an email saying that a replacement fuse was in the mail. I've always had superb service from Motion and continue to experience the same. Thank you Motion RC
