Wonderful designs by independent artists - even for Eid! It was great to be able to "work" with a living graphic designer who turned the Minted template into exactly what we needed. That really sets this apart from other similar websites. the quality of the paper and the care of the packaging also made an unexpected difference.

Christmas Cards & Heart Snapshot Mix
EDIT: My prior review is included below for full context. After I posted a complaint about a mother's day gift ordered through Minted, their customer service team reached out the following day to fix the problem. Long story short, they reviewed pictures of the product, identified what they thought was the quality issue, and rush-shipped a replacement. I haven't seen the updated version yet, but for now, they've certainly earned my continued business (and an amended 5-star review) with their hyper-responsive and accommodating customer service.* * *I bought Christmas cards through Minted, and they were gorgeous. Best set of cards I've seen, after using a different vendor the last 4 or 5 years in a row. Will likely be purchasing through them again this year. However, I recently purchased one of their "Heart Snapshot Mix" portraits as a Mother's Day gift for my wife, and was disappointed in the quality. For more than $50 for a small 8x8 picture, I thought the quality was very poor. Some of the photos came out grainy, even though I submitted good quality pictures. I'd give 5 stars for the cards. 2 stars for the Heart Snapshot Mix. 3.5 stars overall.

LOVE MINTED
Minted is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking to do their wedding invites or bridal shower invites. We planned our wedding and unfortunately had to reschedule due to COVID and when I reached out to Minted they were more than accommodating on working with me for a reprint at a much lower cost than my original purchase due to the circumstances. Their customer service is superb and their response time is so fast! They really are so helpful! Thank you Minted.

I had an AMAZING experience with Minted for my wedding invitations! They sent out a digital proof to verify we liked it and everything was spelled correctly, I approved it. Being my own fault I had a missed spelled word on my invite and didn’t realize it until they weren’t printed and sent to me. After reaching out to Minted they had no problem fixing the error although it was my mistake and reprinted and also did two day shipping to get it to me. They went above and beyond although I wouldn’t have even blamed them for not doing anything being my mistake. Absolutely great service and work, we love our invites and will recommended them to everyone! Thank you!!

Wedding Invites, Website and Change the Dates
I've used Minted for my wedding invitations, website and (thanks to Corona virus) change the date cards. The assortment of wedding invitations was amazing, if not a little overwhelming. If you have patience and expect to click through their library of choices over the course of a few days, I guarantee you will find something you love at a cost you can afford. I was unfortunately one envelope insert short. I live chatted Minted and they sent me out replacements (I think 10-20) within days - no questions asked, no hassle. The website tool was so-oo easy to use! Easy to create, edit and update with a built in RSVP tracker that made determining final head count so easy. Lastly, we had to change our date due to COVID-19. We ordered "Change the Date" cards from Minted (they had a page or two to pick from). The best part was these shipped so fast! We got them maybe 3-4 days after placing the order which enabled us to get them in the mail very quickly. Overall, I am so happy with my choice to use Minted!

Minted “saved the date” after my engagement photos were cancelled due to COVID-19
I wanted to use engagement photos on our save the dates, but we had to cancel our shoot due to the COVID-19 crisis. I am so grateful that Minted had beautiful, unique, non-photo options. Since we’re getting married in DC, we chose a design that includes the DC monuments, and Minted designers helped us fall in love with it even more by using our exact wedding colors (even using the Pantone numbers!) in the image. Shopping on Minted was fun, purchasing was easy, proofing was thorough and streamlined - and the final product is absolutely perfect.

I had a wonderful experience with minted. While we are all going through this difficult time with COVID19, minted managed to be very efficient with my save the dates. Mixed customer service experience
REVISED REVIEW: My initial review explained how the baby shower invitations I ordered were not received in a timely manner and that Minted reimbursed me for the extra shipping costs I paid for but offered no other compensation for the extreme delay. After posting this review, I received a much more appropriate resolution. While I am still frustrated for the initial responses from the customer service team, I'm satisfied with how Minted ultimately resolved the issue and continue to look forward to finally receiving my order.

My house is full art from Minted. I love the variety they offer and the fact that you can get limited edition pieces that can't be found anywhere else. When your art arrives, it comes in the most beautiful packaging. It's such a cool company that I have this fantasy of becoming an artist whose work is offered on Minted. Also, I listened to the "How I Built This" podcast episode that featured the founder of Minted and now love the company even more. I'm a fan.
