Superb piece of kit and super fast delivery to the UK !

From ordering my Litter Robot 3 connect to it being delivered to me in the UK took just 4 working days ! Fantastic ! Make no doubt, this is expensive for what it is, but the build quality really is first class ! A luxury item for any cat owner

Save your money!

I was so excited to receive this product but after 4 months it constantly kept saying pinch detected. Watched all the videos, cleaned sensors etc. Now i have a yellow flashing light which now all the other buttons do not work can’t reset can’t cycle can’t connect to the WiFi I’m not happy at all. I’ve had to resort back to scooping poop! Emailed company still waiting for reply I live in the UK so not just around the corner. I obviously need a new base or even a brand new litter robot altogether! Product is still under warranty. Maybe design something better where all electrics are not exposed to moisture and dirt! For £500 I expected a lot better!

Excellent Customer Service

I bought a Litter-Robot III via an Amazon seller in 2018. I had been hesitating because they aren’t cheap and it was a major purchase for me, however I took the plunge and so glad I did as it made my life (and my cats) so much easier given I was out at work all day. No more coming home to a full and smelly litter tray. It worked perfectly until this January when it developed a problem that I couldn’t resolve with the normal troubleshooting guide. Couldn’t get in touch with the original seller so I approached the parent company in America for help who put me in touch with an international customer service representative. I cannot praise them enough, they have gone above and beyond to help me and resolve my problem. Customer Service on this scale is sadly not the norm these days, but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again given my recent experience.

The old lady next store has multiple…

The old lady next store has multiple felines. Big cats little cats you name it. She had no living kids and her husband had a heart attack at a strip club a few years ago and passed. Long story short I am hoping by being nice i can get written into her will since she has no one else. She had a sweet Cadillac coupe DeVille that has my name written all over it. This means I cut her lawn occasionally lotion her back etc. Usually it drives me to drink. Anyways I got her two of these bad boys over the past year. She loves them they work great. Though with her dementia she tried to use one confusing it for a bed pan... So heads up not so great with human feces in case you were wondering.

Great product. Slow about gettting back to you.

The product is amazing. I, however, insist on one purchasing the warranty with the product. Right now they are overwhelmed with calls and don't return calls. However, when you do get someone on the phone the service is incredible. Mickey W., Senior Product Specialist, was the rep who helped me. The customer service was excellent! I love the product.

100% Satisfied - Best Purchase Decision!

Since I bought the Litter-Robot, I don't have to do the chore of scooping litter and only have to check it about once a week (and I have multiple cats!). I purchased this several months ago, and I couldn't be more pleased! Although it took me a while to save up (and save up the guts to make such a big purchase) it was absolutely the best and smartest decision I could have made! Not only is it cat friendly, but it is also hassle free and odor free. My cats use it without issues and I love it just as much! (I have a referral code for a discount, but this review [understandably] doesn't allow links. -- Still a purchase you won't regret!)

Took me awhile to accept the price. It came highly recommend.The BEST money I spent on a long time!!!! Had less than one year. UNTIL a few months ago….. doesn’t spin as it is saposta to dumps whole pan of clean unused litter into pan…. Just txt company, waiting on response…/

I have had my litter robot III connect for about 16 months and its well worth it. i have had 2 issues during this time and the customer service promptly helped me get the unit working again. at one time i had 5 cats using the one litter robot which gave it a workout. i would recommend it to anyone who hates cleaning the litterbox.
