Kooples 10 Off April 2024

I was hesitant to order because of all the bad reviews... But I really wanted this one item and it was discounted. In the mail it said delivery would take 10 days. The order was accepted fast and the package arrived within 3 days (ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday). As the item fits perfectly, I can't share my experience about the returns. It seems like this is where most issues occur. I'll order again when I'm certain about wanting an item.

Patience, you will need patience when order from them online, don't rush post negative reviews, but The Kooples need to improve their online service, waited almost 10 days to ship my order and what is more worse, nobody answered to my mails and messages whole week, finally they did and I received my order, thanks.

So I ordered a few things in the summer sale. I decided to return two of the tops valued at almost 200 Euro total. I returned this with the free return tracked postage from Ireland. I noticed that after a month or so, the package appeared to be stuck at Heathrow (I sent it to Paris) I contacted Kooples querying this. They looked into it and although it appeared to be a postal issue that they weren’t responsible for, they refunded me the full amount anyway. I had been cognisant of these reviews when ordering from Kooples expecting terrible customer service, but I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Ok people I placed the ordered on 26th January for a£214 corduroy bomber jacket Received the jacket 12th of February The quality of the jacket is worth the waiting time on delivery They could improve the online service I’m thinking but the items are shipped from France I started to panic reading all the bad reviews However the jacket I’ve bought is too cool!!! for school !!!!It’s one of my best purchases !!!!So be patient Or go to The Kooples store and buy direct Or order from stores like selfidges based within the uk Thanks Kooples! I have ordered three times from thekooples.com in the past two months and I was surprised to read all the bad reviews online. All of my orders were processed the next day and shipping took only 2 days from France to Germany. So all together it took 3 days from the day I placed my order until I held the package in my hands and I was able to track my parcels the whole time. If you want to return something you have to log into your account and select the items you want to return and then print the label yourself which is actually very common (Topshop, Zara, etc... do this as well).I was very hesitant to buy from the Kooples after reading the reviews but I can't complain about anything. I don't know what went wrong with everyone elses orders but like I said: three good experiences in less than two months. I can't say anything about the customer service since I never needed to contact them.

I am a first time costumer at The Kooples and I made a return of a blouse from my first ordre and this is my experience.First of all, I don't understand all the complaints and difficulties associated with returning of items to The Kooples.Log in to your account.Make a return. Download your return label.Drop of your parcel in an UPS store. In my case the nearest UPS store i unfortunately approximate 10 km away.My dear husband promissied to drop the parcel.Unfortunately the parcel never arrived at The Kooples.I contacted customer service and within a few workindays we got in touch. Customer service asked for a deposit receipt for my returned parcel.I looked into the returnment of the parcel.Believe it or not!It turned out, that the parcel never reached the UPS store but was thrown at the dump, by my husband.

Updated: Seems like they are getting on with replies now. Was prob under staffed over busy period. Still love the actual brand.Opened up a ticket as after I started a return of an item it said I needed to contact Kooples for the pre paid return label.I did this. 3 days ago. No reply, no one answers the phone. Lovely clothes but the customer service is a disgrace. Seems I'm not the only one finding this.Ticket # 30281378

It took me three phone calls to get a return shipping label from them within a month's period of time. Every phone call had a nice person promising an email with shipping label within a week which never happened. On my 3rd phone call, I asked the nice person what I should do if the email doesn't arrive this time again, and he demanded I should wait on the phone until I actually receive an email, which did since he worked on it on that spot. People are nice, but I think they are not fixing the computer glitches, which of course will repeat the horrible problems over and over again.

I must admit I started panicking when I read all the bad reviews here about the online service as bought a t-shirt for £100 that I love but need to return as it's too long for me :( I've bought a few items in the past including an expensive black cocktail dress for a wedding which I had to exchange for a larger size as it was teeny. The service was great then and the exchanged size dress arrived quickly and beautifully packed. I've consequently bought several other item over the years and again never had an issue with delivery or a refund. So I'm dealing with this refund now and hoping all will go smoothly but I'm wondering if they have now upped their customer service as my query was answered very quickly and happily on their live chat on the website, I had no issue printing off my returns form and my delivery included a pre paid return form. Fingers crossed but absolutely no complaints so far or with previous orders. Have given 4 stars which I hope to change to 5 once all completed and looking forward to ordering more gorgeous items. Just updated my review to 5 stars from original 4 as have just received notification of my refund being processed only 3 days after returning. The service has been faultless from start to finish, my faith in ordering online is now restored and I have no concerns in making any future online purchases with The Kooples.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes at The Kooples, the delivery took approximately 1 week to reach Estonia, which is pretty good knowing that it was a discount period. One pair of shoes didn't fit me and pretty shortly I got a return label and sent shoes back for free, the delivery took approximately 1.5 weeks and every time I had questions, the customer care always shorty responded to all my issues. I got money back very shortly and despite all the negative comments about their customer service they showed really good team work and I stayed satisfied. Thank you The Kooples. Anastassija
