I had some issues with a purchase at the Brighton, Mi. store last Tuesday evening, so went to the Howell, Mi store, with what I thought were complicated concerns. However, my associate in returns/customer service department, Gena, was so pleasantly helpful and fixed everything. And, a surprise to me of my purchases being less money than the previous night. Thanks, Gena, you made my day!

Kohls Southtown is a decent kohls. Good selection, location. The reason I'm writing is to share a wonderful experience. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in I don't know how long. A close friend of mine decided he wanted to go do a little shopping and went to Kohl's and bought a beautiful mens bracelet. It was gold and silver with diamond chips. It was on sale for 400.00 dollars which was great! We hung out that night and the next day my friend was short on cash and wanted to return the bracelet. Big problem though. He had lost the reciept, the cashier had kept the tags because he wore it out and he paid cash. We both thought no way will they take it back. We arrived and we went to the jewelry counter. The woman who sold him the item was working. He explained and she immediately started searching for the transaction. She was friendly and joked with us. She was unable to find the info so she sent us to customer service. Again I was ready to step in for my friend to help as he has very bad aniexty. The man who helped us contacted a lady who got a manager. Together these kind and efficient people located the trans action and printed us a copy of the receipt. All with smiles on their faces and very calm attitudes. I mean genuine. Not fake. These people took care of it all in about 10 minutes. With other people being helped in between. He got his money back and with a smile. I'm not a fan of giant corporations, so I'm guessing this wasn't from kohls training manual. This was a group of professional, genuine, efficient people that anyone would be proud to have on their team!! Way to go Kohl's!! U have a customer for life!!

fast shipping for Christmas, worked perfect

I have been doing most of my X-mas shopping online at Kohl's and having worth it purchases. Kohl's is a good store.

Kohl'S has always been good about online orders for me and the people in the stores are beyond helpful. At one store the sales team helped my grandmother get all the ornaments she wanted, even if it meant climbing on ladders and pulling them off trees on displays. My only problem is sometimes it's hard to find sizes in their store because they don't carry many of that size or item.

Great online experience here in Vegas. Got all my orders on time. Despite getting hurt in your store 3 months ago and not even a follow up I like the deals and have yet had any issues with things I have purchased. Spent over 1,000 on line and then went to the store for the great deals on Jewelery. Kohls was the only store shopped on line for me this year. Shopping online also allows me to enjoy time with the family

Ordered some pasta bowls that I found online on clearance!! Regular price $50. I paid $16.62. Ordered online Thursday night, set myself up to receive a text message when my order was ready. Friday morning text received, stating my order was ready at the store for pickup. Walked into the Victorville store with my phone, showed the associate my order number and the deal was done! Less than 5 minutes in the store!I will shop online again.

I was helped today by CHELSI AT THE WESTCHASE Store in Houston, Texas and had the BEST experience EVER. Chelsi assisted me for at least 30 minutes solid and was warm and pleasant the whole time. I think u have an employee in Chelsi that is worth keeping and praising her plus a little extra money wouldn't hurt either. She was the best employee I have dealt with in a long time.
