I am an actual customer, and was going to leave a 1 star review due to a real problem I had with Kohl's, but left a 5 star review because they stopped carrying MyPillow. These people who are complaining about cancel culture in the same message they are saying we will never do business with Kohl's (i.e.. we are cancelling Kohl's - it is fine when we use cancel culture because we are clear headed unlike the rest of you) and that not wishing to carry MyPillow is an infringement of Mike Lydell's free speech rights are showing just how moronic they are. Free speech does not mean you can say anything you want with out any consequences. If you yell fire in a movie theater,when there is no fire, and people get trampled to death, you are responsible for their injuries, your lie caused harm to people. Lying has consequences. Mike Lydell repeatedly lied about the election, helped fund people to lie about the election, and now a Capitol police officer is dead (the same people complaining about Mike Lydell's "right" to lie without consequence, are people who usually claim to be pro police, don't care that a police officer died as a result of his, and others lies.I bought a number of items from Kohl's including a set of drinking glasses. The shipped out the drinking glasses putting the box inside a larger box with no packing at all. I now have had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service person, who was very helpful, but I still had to spend the time, and now have to deal with a box of broken glass. I understand that people have to work from home during covid, and the person I dealt with was professional, helpful and easy to understand, but it was obvious from their accent and the rooster constantly crowing in the back ground (meaning that where ever they are they are located in a time zone approximately 12 hours out of EST, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Many Americans are out of work, we are the ones shopping at Kohl's, spending their money with your company, and you are in turn using that money to create jobs outside of the US. I will not continue to shop at Kohls for those real reasons.

I went to the location near the Woodland mall in Kentwood Michigan, and received excellent service by Stephanie in the shoe department. Even though it was busy in the store.

I needed to find a place to express how excited I am about the new model for the Kohls stores. I'm probably one out of 10 people in the entire world who prefers to go into a store to buy clothing. While I enjoy going into a store to shop...I hate the stores (we wont mention names) that require you to pick through the long racks of various and mismatched clothing items. Those stores offer a deal...and also a headache. I love the organization that a department store offers, and now even more so because the options at Kohls will be more concise and not so overwhelming. Bonus...Sephora?!?! So I get a department store feel, in a compact setting, with big boxstore prices AND a Sephora. Kohls...you've nailed it!

I went into the Sephora store located in Khols and was blown away with the service I received. I went in clueless when it comes to makeup and was greeted by Olivia, she walked me through the store and answered all my questions with confidence and I loved it. I ended up spending $250 but she made it worth it. I am a recruiter for multiple companies where I live, I can tell you right now, if Olivia was in my town I would scoop her up with the quickness, she is wonderful and I will be going back to see her when I run low on my products.

I LOVE Kohl's & your merchandise. I only have 1 complaint.Your shopping carts in your Augusta, Maine store are terrible !!! In short supply as well !! Short little things that you push like a baby stroller & even with few people in the store you can never find one !!!I really wish you would address that issue !! My shopper friends don't like them either !!! Surely, there are better carts out there somewhere !!!!!!Thank you.

I like that it's always there, and you don't have to wait too long to get what you need. In addition, all the products have a detailed description so that you can immediately find what you like. And it's very cool.

I generally like shopping there, i go to the jericho location, but lately havent been able to find anything i like. Theyre very good about returns though and always have some kind of deal going. Hopefully the holiday season has better outfits.
