Kohls 30 Off Coupon April April 2024

I gave a 4 because the website is slow, otherwise the service is excellent. Usually everything fits, but if something doesn't fit or isn't as I expected it is easy to do in-store returns. I shop at Kohl's online and in the store and have never had a bad experience.

Kohls Southtown is a decent kohls. Good selection, location. The reason I'm writing is to share a wonderful experience. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in I don't know how long. A close friend of mine decided he wanted to go do a little shopping and went to Kohl's and bought a beautiful mens bracelet. It was gold and silver with diamond chips. It was on sale for 400.00 dollars which was great! We hung out that night and the next day my friend was short on cash and wanted to return the bracelet. Big problem though. He had lost the reciept, the cashier had kept the tags because he wore it out and he paid cash. We both thought no way will they take it back. We arrived and we went to the jewelry counter. The woman who sold him the item was working. He explained and she immediately started searching for the transaction. She was friendly and joked with us. She was unable to find the info so she sent us to customer service. Again I was ready to step in for my friend to help as he has very bad aniexty. The man who helped us contacted a lady who got a manager. Together these kind and efficient people located the trans action and printed us a copy of the receipt. All with smiles on their faces and very calm attitudes. I mean genuine. Not fake. These people took care of it all in about 10 minutes. With other people being helped in between. He got his money back and with a smile. I'm not a fan of giant corporations, so I'm guessing this wasn't from kohls training manual. This was a group of professional, genuine, efficient people that anyone would be proud to have on their team!! Way to go Kohl's!! U have a customer for life!!

Made online purchase 9/30/20 @10pm had items saved in cart ttl $212.57 before applying kohls cash and 20FF which then reduced $10, and 40.51 (20% of 202.57) charged tax on that and total was 171.78, to complete order had to fix address in Kohls acct left out my lot #, and entered my C.C., hit next and the 171.78 went back to a charge on my card of $212.57, this occured @ 11:04pm, I was shocked!!! BUYERS BEWARE OF KOHLS SOFTWARE ONLINE ORDERING WANT TO KNOW WHOM ELSE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO? Could not get the order cancelled in the time they say u have to cancel your order 20 minutes, which u have to go to help to figure out and it would not let me cancel at 11:13pm it was greyed out, also went to chat for assistance and it got funky asking me to input the info I had already inputted order#, etc.,,I knew the phone lines were a bust as I had tried this before completing the order as it had not discounted my by two and get 2nd for 50% off. Cld next day to let them know they had 24 hours to issue a credit or don't bother shipping as My C.C. had been notified of the problem w/this charge/sale. Reicived e-mail notification @11:04pm from C.C. co. of the charge on my account. Be sure to print the invoice shown on your screen before u give them your card # to charge it to. This way u have proof of what the software did to the order. They want to wait at least 7 days before they issue a credit but charge your card immediatley w/wrong amount. This is not acceptable when u can prove what the online service did. Nor is it being held accountable. This is a famous non accountable Donald Trump play. They wanted to offer me more Kohl's cash w/regards to my troubles, I TOLD THEM NO, JUST FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE 11:04PM 10/1/20 OR CONSIDER THIS FORMALLY CANCELLED WETHER THEY ACCEPT IT OR NOT. THERE IS NO WAY THIS ORDER (7 ITEMS WAS ALREADY PACKED FOR SHIPPING AND LEFT THEIR FACILITIES. DISCOVER WILL HONOR MY WISHES NOT TO PAY KOHLS AND I WILL NOTIFY THE SHIPPER THAT THE ORDER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED NOT TO SHIP. KOHLS EXPECTS U TO SHIP BACK THEIR ERROR AT YOUR EXPENSE, WHEN I HEARD THIS IN THEIR PHONE RECORDING I KNEW THEY HAD LOTS OF PROBLEMS W/ORDERS. ONLINE SHOPPERS BEWARE!!!!! THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS & DISHONORABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. 10/15/2020 was forced to deny the shipment which turned into 3 different ships instead of the two they later notified me via e-mail. They have issued a credit for the 1st of the 3 shipments that were returned, am awaiting to see how they handle the next two. Terrible waste of expenses to send, They did however issue a credit to my credit card for the 50.51 cent error their software created, however they did not notify me in time to accept or deny the orders, and Discover did not notify me of the credit in real time like they do in charges. Both companies at Fault here. I am hopeful Kohl's will continue to do the right thing.

Not my go to store but I like itI have a Kohl's in my city. If you shop the sales, you get a good price. The customer service is very good and the people are friendly. Mine has a charging station out front which is nice because I have a hybrid vehicle. I wouldn't say Kohl's is my go to store since I shop online a lot, but I like the store when I need to go there.

Love Kohls marketing strategy. Especially when your getting multiple discounts at once. Items and merchandise are good quality, and by far better than Walmart or Amazon.

I really like Kohl's, I've never had a problem there. Like always just make sure sales prices ring up right!

This was almost a one star review, I came into Sephora today to be ignored by two associates the one behind the counter was on her phone and when I said hi she ignored me and let out a sigh she was sitting in a chair, I then seen a lady in the front of the store putting away items I asked her if she was the manager of the store I then proceeded to tell her this is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to I explained to her nobody talked to me or acknowledged me or made eye contact, I then was upset and not wanting to come back but she insisted to correct it gave my daughter and I great costumer service helped us find what we were looking for and threw in some sample goodies for us we will definitely be returning thank you Corey for taking the time to change our experience and caring about your customers.

Well I just have to say attaboy to kohl's for using Male and female models with tattoos they are all beautiful.

I needed to find a place to express how excited I am about the new model for the Kohls stores. I'm probably one out of 10 people in the entire world who prefers to go into a store to buy clothing. While I enjoy going into a store to shop...I hate the stores (we wont mention names) that require you to pick through the long racks of various and mismatched clothing items. Those stores offer a deal...and also a headache. I love the organization that a department store offers, and now even more so because the options at Kohls will be more concise and not so overwhelming. Bonus...Sephora?!?! So I get a department store feel, in a compact setting, with big boxstore prices AND a Sephora. Kohls...you've nailed it!
