Joe's New Balance should get 10 stars! if I could. This the 3rd time I ordered from Joe'w. I went on the website, saw what I liked (993 New balance Olive color) and they had the right size in stock. I ordered, paid on site (price came with $20.00 off of already discount price), received a confirmation # and delivery came in 5 days. Shipping was very inexpensive too.Ordering was such an easy process. My brand new New Balance was brand new! It came and it fit like a glove. Wow, I am excited! Joe's NB Outlet Experience
I received the shoes I ordered and I am 100% satisfied. The shipping delivery was a few days over what I expected but that is the result of a delay with UPS. I was able to track using the tracking number provided. The only issue I have is the website navigation, when selecting 'View' to my order nothing happens, but when I do the same on my phone browser it works. Also on the website (computer browser) when clicking 'Track my Order' nothing happens. I would buy again from Joe's NB Outlet, definitely.

I have shopped at Joes NB before and never had issue, same thing this past week. Shoes came fast, exactly as shown and price was good. Styles that are often not available anymore elsewhere. I see comments of major issues with them, maybe they had a rough patch or change of management, but my recent experience was perfect. despite the slowdowns with the Covid shutdowns

Wow! So many 1 star reviews! That has not been my experience before. Not at all! I’ve purchased 5 pairs of shoes at different times and everything was nothing short of excellent.First I want to address the reviews that mention having to pay to return the shoes. With the exception of Amazon Prime and Zappos, I have always had to pay to return my shoes. Whatever the reason. Welcome to customer service of 2019! It’s not been for the customers benefit for quite some time. So, don’t be so surprised. Read the fine print, the devil’s in the details.All my shoes have been authentic New Balance which also means excellent quality. No issues, and my oldest pair is a few years old.I’ve had no out of stock issues, different shoe size, or rude or indifferent customer service. I remember one rep literally go to the shipping department and take my wrong order off the delivery truck! Above and beyond!AND NO I DON’T WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND HAVE NO PERSONAL CONNECTION WITH THEM! So please give them a try!

I was a bit leery about purchasing off of Joe’s New Balance Outlet based on all the negative reviews and I was about to say screw it and pay almost 3x the price for the same pair of shoes at Macy’s and decided just to take the risk. Honestly, I’m so glad I did. I ordered them Monday at 11pm and they were at my doorstep Wednesday at 9am. That’s almost better than Amazon Prime if you ask me. The box and the shoe are in perfect condition and I got the size I ordered. I did purchase them for my husband so hopefully I don’t have to return them, but overall great experience and great price! Got a confirmation email seconds after I ordered the shoes and the following day received a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Just because bad stuff happens to others doesn’t mean it’s going to happen to you. Stay positive!

I've been ordering from Joe's New Balance since 2014-15, and I've only had one issue with them, and the issue was resolved and I got my refund. I just ordered a jacket and shoes for winter, and I'm hoping this will also be a smooth experience.

Joe's has been OK. I have had shoes lost but never got a tracking #. I don't think they had the shoes. I have bought them on certain occasions and paid to only get my money refunded the next day. Whoever is in charge of keeping up on their in inventory doesn't do a good job!! The other bad thing is if you have to return---you pay even if it's not your fault. It happened to me again this week. I bought a pair and refunded the next day. So I'm DONE....also beware of their Ebay site, much worse than the main site...

I've purchased my last 4 pairs of shoes…
I've purchased my last 4 pairs of shoes from Joe's New Balance. Unfortunately, I have size 13 feet in wide and extra wide. It's really hard to find them and Joe's has them, frequently on sale too. I end up paying like $35 to $50 for shoes so I understand why I have to pay my own shipping, this isn't Amazon. I haven't had to return a pair before as I usually just eat the cost if they're not a great fit since they're so cheap, so I can't vouch for what returning a pair of shoes is like. Seems odd for everyone to rage over having to pay for shipping - it makes you think twice about just blindly ordering something and then assuming you can return things for free. Time costs money.
