Found Joe Browns via NEXT in Australia, when looking for something special for granddaughter's wedding, and so glad I did. Loved the designs that are so different from the run of the mill 'fashions' so ordered a pair of shoes and matching bag and WOW! They arrived in Oz in a week - quicker than items ordered from many Australian sites! - and I couldn't be happier with them. Shoes are a perfect fit & the matching bag's a beautiful bonus. I was so impressed with items and service, I ordered another pair of shoes (so excited I forgot to use my voucher from my original order! :( ) Again, I received the same great design, fit & service. If you're after that quality 'something different' item, Joe Brown's is the place to shop. Would be lovely if there were stores in Oz, but being down-under, means I can shop Joe Browns end of season sales for that coming season down here.

I made an order an hour or two ago but I haven't received a confirmation email for my order.I have an express delivery method , order is expected tomorrow.

I have no complaints about Joe Browns merchandise but I am truly disappointed with their Hermes delivery service.Hermes failed to email me when my parcel had arrived ready for collection.I called in the Parcel shop to check. It was sitting on the returns pile. It had been delivered days ago without contacting me.According to the newsagent this wasn't the first time it had happened. Weak link!

Ordered my items on New Years Eve and they still haven’t been packed . Phoned to chase order and was told I would hopefully receive them this week sometime ! Not impressed , this is my first order as a new customer and will be my last . As of yet , items still haven’t been packed . Thank you for your full response. I’ve received my jacket and blouse yesterday . I do have to say that they were very well packaged and the quality of the clothing is excellent .

I love these clothes! They sell stuff you would not find in most shops, because they are designed to be funky and different, and I like this very much. The only problem I have had is that one or two items were not really that durable - sequins that fell off quickly because they had not been sewn on tightly, and another that had a dodgy seam. But on the whole, a good company that I will keep using.

After a misunderstanding on my voucher code review, I was contacted and received an explanation of what went wrong and the matter was resolved.

I ordered the skinny dungarees on a Friday morning and I received them a little over 24 hours later, this despite being told would be 2-10 days. The dungarees are a perfect fit for a size 10. They hug you legs, but let the blood get to your feet. Really are lovely. This is my first purchase from Joe Brown’s. It won’t be my last. Well done.

Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, I must state that I am a previous customer of Joe Brown`s, and I was completely satisfied with both the item that I received and the customer service. Hence the 5 star marking. However, as I was channel hopping, I came across the Ideal World shopping channel, and was gob-smacked to see them selling Joe Brown`s merchandise.Idea World are a company with a 1.4 star rating on Trustpilot, and have non-existent customers service, as-well as a premium rate phone number costing 20p per minute. Their call centre is also in Asia. I would ask Joe Brown, why are you having anything to do with this company, as your brand stands alone, as being high quality. I would ask you to think again, as I would buy direct from Joe Brown, but would not touch Ideal World, with the proverbial barge-pole.RegardsRobert West 15/09/2019.Dear Sir/Madam. I am very disappointed that the company have failed to respond to my review. A company is only as good as its customers, who can make and break a company. In my opinion there are 3 reasons that the company have failed to respond:1) They are scared that their link up with Ideal World would be put in doubt, as they would be scared to upset them.2) They do not care what their customers think, and are only concerned with the bottom line, money. 3) They are in financial trouble, and are looking for an easy way out. Fantastic Service and great array of clothes. It's lovely to find clothes that are completely different to the norm. Sizings seem to suit me perfectly. I dislike going to the high street but at the same time ordering off the net is often a long and involved process. Not so with Joe Brown! So easy to buy and they arrived within a couple of days - I live on the Isle of Man and this is not often the case with with internet orders. This was the first time I have used Joe Brown, it will now definitely be my go to clothes outlet
