Very good service in very difficult circumstances
Just wanted to say what good customer service this company has given from start to finish. I booked a holiday for 4 adults to Turkey for June 4th this year. My advisor was Lesley Shilliday and she did all she could to find the perfect holiday for us at the best possible price. Once it was evident that our trip had been cancelled, she gave me the best information available about the next steps.I waited for a call, and sure enough on Saturday morning I got a call from a lady called E Marsden. She couldn’t have been more helpful and agreed to a full refund without posing any difficulties whatsoever. I have been told that the money will be back in my account within 14 days.Both these ladies are a credit to Jet2 and I would not hesitate to book with them again.

They have handled this current situation great, you will always be my first port of call from now on when booking holidays
I had a holiday booked to Crete for beginning of may, which got cancelled. Jet2 sent out plenty of emails making sure I was aware of what was going on and my options. I chose not to rebook as my holidays for next year don't get authorised until December and wasn't sure how holiday prices would be effected and didn't want to be stuck with a credit note. I followed the instructions on the email waiting for them to contact me, unfortunately I missed the call, they left a message telling me to wait and they would call again. However about a week later i got an email saying a refund would be put onto the card I paid with within 28 days It only took about 5. Although I didn't speak to anybody personally I feel the company handled my situation very well, I couldn't fault them even in these difficult times. I will be returning and making sure this is my first port of call when I book my future holidays knowing that I can book with confidence. Great service. Keep it up.

Have used Jet 2 a few times, staff are always great .We got our money for cancelled holiday refunded absolutely no problem . They clearly value their customers.This experience has ensured that Jet 2 will always be our first choice for future holidays .Just bear with them, they will get to you .Could you imagine having to work there !! . Constantly contacting them will just slow down the process for everyone.

Outstanding customer service!
Excellent customer service in such an uncertain time. Jet2 Sent me an email saying our holiday will be cancelled and to wait To be contacted them, so this is what I did, they then contacted me roughly 2 weeks before we were due to go away on the 2nd May. Giving me plenty of options to choose from, we had to opt for a full refund at this moment in time. The lady was very friendly, polite and professional, she confirmed the refund amount and sent an email stating all the information. She said allow between 14-28 days for the refund but it went back into our account in just a few days! Absolutely amazing from the start, Booked the Villa holiday easily, and although a sad end still fantastic customer service. When we next plan to go on holiday I shall definitely be going to these first! Thank you I shall be recommending you to family and friends!

Excellent customer service
First time booking a holiday with Jet2, easy to book. Given the situation with covid 19, our holiday had to be cancelled or moved. We were kept up to date through emails along the way, given options for moving the holiday. We decided on a refund, i received a phone call and email confirming this, a full refund was given. Very professional and hassle free. Definitely booking a holiday with Jet2 again!

Finally received a refund yesterday for our holiday, to Turkey on 22nd March,which was cancelled by them on 16th March.Not without a lot of frustration, and stress. But be patient,and they will get to you. The amount of cancelled holidays and flights they have had through no fault of their own must be excessive. With Covid19 and lock down causing staff issues It will take time!

Excellent service from Jet2holidays my holiday to Puerto Banus on the 31st May has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus I got phoned today from Jet2 operative full refund is on its way back to my bank account absolutely no hassle although credit voucher was offered or rebooking future holiday I chose refund a credit to the holiday industry on how it should be done to customer satisfaction.

Holiday to Greece cancelled
Holiday to Greece cancelled. Received call from Jet2, requested a refund on my £938, no argument from Jet2, to my amazement in 36 hours, back in my bank account. Top marks to Jet2 so will definitely rebook when everything is back to some sort of normal.
