Jared's is a special place for us. They are friendly yet very professional. This was our second purchase. First was exactly 1 year ago for a solitaire diamond. At that time we both liked the Enhancer to compliment the ring. He promised it would be given at a special time! We very happy with our purchases. I wanted to post a picture but never was offered an opportunity.

A couple of weeks ago, my watch stopped working, I happened to be in the area where a Jared Jeweler has an office in Waterford CT. After leaving the Mall, I saw the sign and decided to stop in. To my surprise the manager came out to greet me. I explained my problem and he invited me in. He took my watch came back a few minutes later with my antique watch working like new. I would recommend JARED'S to anyone looking for the finest of all jewelry, especially the service.

Once shipping was posted after 4 days of purchased it camed in two days wow ..I purchased the pandora heart bangle and the pandora crown bracelet..very beautiful at a great price..after I read the reviews i wanted a refund....happy I didn't go through with it....Thanks Jared, plus I ordered two more Pandora bracelets hope that shipping goes well

My wedding and engagement rings are from the Northpoint Jared store in Alpharetta, GA. I LOVE this store. We always received top notch service and they saved us from getting ripped off by another jeweler. The fact that my husband built my rings and hand selected my diamond made me feel so special. I also love the maintenance plan and warranty.

Firstly, I enjoy shopping at Jared because they always have pandora charms that are always sold out at Pandora. This however, will be my last time shopping here. I ordered from Jared on July 13th, I never received any form of confirmation that my order was actually placed. Due to COVID-19, I used store pick-up to assure my items would be available for my sisters birthday. I checked my e-mail multiple times no e-mail. After a week of waiting for some form of confirmation, I assumed my order was ready to pick up. I traveled 30 minutes to Jared in NY, Carle’s Place to pick up my items where I was told I needed to make an appointment in order to get inside of the store. I understand the safety measures however nowhere on the Jared site does it mention I needed an appointment. Maybe if they sent a confirmation e-mail they would have stated that but, again I had no e-mail. Very frustrated, I contact the store while I was outside and tried to set up an appointment. I was only picking up items and the store was empty but they were unable to give me an appointment for the same day. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Upon arriving to Jared for the second time, I rang the bell for somebody to answer, no response! I saw one of the sales associates look at me three times and never bothered to inform any other sales associate to open the door. I stood outside for 10 minutes ringing the bell and knocking on the door. If all of the associates were busy I would’ve completely understood but when I finally was let in the store there were 4 associates and only 1 was working with a customer, I found it highly inconsiderate. My three stars are SPECIFICALLY for the associate that helped me. She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience much more pleasant. If it were not for her, I would have returned all the items and kept my money in my pocket. Her customer service and support deserves 10 stars and I greatly appreciate her. Wish I knew her name but I believe her associate ID is 000999998 at Carle Place Commons. Thank you for your service.

While doing some last minute Christmas shopping I decided to stop by Jared in Waldorf, Md.The store was extremely busy, as expected. After waiting a few minutes I was greeted by a gentleman named Paul Zerbian (Inventory Control Manager). Paul was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick out the perfect gift for my daughter. I will gladly continue shopping at Jared. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hello To anyone reading this I need to first say, this review comes late and it is absolutely necessary. Necessary because on the weekend of Christmas I had first planned out and decided where I wanted to buy my jewelry for my wife and it WASNT at Jared's. Instead after reading multiple reviews I decided I wanted to shop at Zales Jewelry because of the positive reviews. Well my experience at Zales was anything BUT positive. I walked into the Zales location located at Roosevelt Field Mall and found myself searching through the gallery for 10 minutes before I had to approach a sales person to assist me. As soon as I told the sales lady what I was looking for I was given a silent cold tone with the occasional turn of her back because she couldn't be bothered with me. I was set and determined to BUY ANYTHING, I just needed guidance, instead I was told "WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU HERE."Furious, I immediately started looking online for another option but was still so angry that I was talked to in that manner and essentially kicked out of the store because the sales representative didn't want to take the time to even display alternative options. THIS IS CHRISTMAS WHO ISN'T GOING TO BUY SOMETHING??Anyways I found myself walking into Jared jewelry reluctantly because the previous reviews were not at all nice to this location in Carle Place. I was immediately greeted by everyone on staff even those who were helping other shoppers. Then I found myself approached by SHERINE the sales representative at Jared. I told her my dilemma, my story because I was still so very upset about my last experience. SHERINE was a god sent, she showed me several options and asked about my wife to help me make the better choice on which pair of jewelry I wanted to buy. Needless to say in my case I couldn't decide but was so happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jared that I decided to buy both pairs of jewelry that I was deciding on. Another bonus was that SHERINE was able to discount the jewelry even further that what it was already discounted. I spoke about this experience to everyone in my family to vent about Zales but also to commend Jared because I was truly happy and satisfied with my purchase.Thank you I hope this helps anyone deciding which jewelry store to go to, I know where i will be going from now on.J.C.

I had been trying to locate a specific Breitling Superocean 44 Special for several weeks and got in contact with the Jared Store located over 1500 miles away in Glendale, Arizona. After several phone and text conversations over the course of 3-4 weeks, Saul was able to locate the watch I had been looking for. Saul was extremely patient and professional and NEVER let the sale die, which impressed me more than anything. He even showed me a few other Breitling watches via text that they had on hand and talked to me about new models on the way in. Finding a Breitling Dealer I enjoy dealing with has proved to be difficult, but Saul made this experience extremely pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a piece of jewelry or watch in the Glendale area to go pay Saul a visit over at Jared at the Arrowhead Towne Center. Christmas is coming up and I will definitely be reaching out to him for another Breitling time piece in the next few weeks.

Shopped yesterday at Jared in Plantation Florida. The assistant Manager Anibal Lara sold me a Vera Wang wedding band for my wife and I also purchased a diamond pendant and chain from Linda.The purchase experience was Excellent and we were very pleased with their professionalism and their knowledge of the merchandise.A Great place to shop for all our Jewelry needs.

I have been shopping at the Jared store in Jacksonville Florida for over 5 years. The store manager Brian and his staff have always been very courteous and helpful. The jewelry I have purchased has always been high quality and priced fairly. I bought an emerald ring for my wife last December and one of the stones fell out in July. I had bought the extended warranty, but forgot to bring the ring in for the 6 month check. They replaced the emerald, fixed the prong at no charge. They still honored the warranty when they didn't have to. I was just recently in the store to purchase a new wedding band because I had bent mine. Brian took my original ring, that I didn't buy at Jared's and straightened it back out and polished it for me at no charge. The customer service at that store is top notch, the employees are great, the products are high quality and always competitively priced. I am the type of person that it takes a lot for a company to earn my trust and Brian and his staff at the Jacksonville Florida store has done that. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for jewelry. Thanks for all the help and support over the years. I will be seeing you soon, again and again and again. P.S. Our grandchildren love the teddy bears.....

My experience with Jared's hasn't been awful, but I will certainly not buy from them again. My husband bought my ring at the Orem, UT location in October of 2011. He also purchased a small pair of earrings, and of course was made to pay for the extended warranty.In the third week of June 2012, a little over three weeks before our wedding, I was at work when I happened to look down and was horrified to see that one of the stones had fallen out of my ring. The ring has an invisible tension setting, so there are nine small stones put together. It looked ghastly. We immediately took the ring in and, at that time, were informed that the ring was outside the warranty because it had not been brought in for the six-month inspection. My husband blatantly and disgustedly told the woman helping us that when he purchased the ring and said warranty, he was not informed that it needed to be brought in for any inspections.Fortunately Jared's did not give us a hard time. We were told the ring would need to be sent out to be fixed and that it could take up to six weeks. My husband's response was that they had two weeks, or else they could keep the ring and issue a refund because he would be going somewhere else.We waited a week before he was called back to the store. My ring was not repaired, they instead gave him an identical ring to the one that had been damaged.We have not had any problems with Jared's since. However given the fact that so many important details were not shared by under-educated and misinformed employees, I will not be making any further purchases from this particular jeweler.

The store carries a full line of watches, and other jewelry in a beautiful setting.The staff in the Paramus, NJ store that I dealt with were Rennie and Rita and they gave exceptional customer service. They were also very knowledgeable about the various product lines. Rennie is an exceptional jeweler and took his time as I shopped to listen to what I was interested in. I will definitely be back!

I only purchased jewelry at the Jared close to where I live in SW Florida. I have to readily admit, the sales staff is very nice. I only purchased jewelry there because I got a credit card from them and used it to re establish credit. Had it not been for that, I would have never purchased anything from them. The sterling silver necklace I purchased for $300.00 is very light in weight for the price. The customer service is great at the store, anyway, but the quality of the goods leaves a whole lot to be desired. My opinion is, look elsewhere.
