Hello To anyone reading this I need to first say, this review comes late and it is absolutely necessary. Necessary because on the weekend of Christmas I had first planned out and decided where I wanted to buy my jewelry for my wife and it WASNT at Jared's. Instead after reading multiple reviews I decided I wanted to shop at Zales Jewelry because of the positive reviews. Well my experience at Zales was anything BUT positive. I walked into the Zales location located at Roosevelt Field Mall and found myself searching through the gallery for 10 minutes before I had to approach a sales person to assist me. As soon as I told the sales lady what I was looking for I was given a silent cold tone with the occasional turn of her back because she couldn't be bothered with me. I was set and determined to BUY ANYTHING, I just needed guidance, instead I was told "WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU HERE."Furious, I immediately started looking online for another option but was still so angry that I was talked to in that manner and essentially kicked out of the store because the sales representative didn't want to take the time to even display alternative options. THIS IS CHRISTMAS WHO ISN'T GOING TO BUY SOMETHING??Anyways I found myself walking into Jared jewelry reluctantly because the previous reviews were not at all nice to this location in Carle Place. I was immediately greeted by everyone on staff even those who were helping other shoppers. Then I found myself approached by SHERINE the sales representative at Jared. I told her my dilemma, my story because I was still so very upset about my last experience. SHERINE was a god sent, she showed me several options and asked about my wife to help me make the better choice on which pair of jewelry I wanted to buy. Needless to say in my case I couldn't decide but was so happy and pleasantly surprised with my experience at Jared that I decided to buy both pairs of jewelry that I was deciding on. Another bonus was that SHERINE was able to discount the jewelry even further that what it was already discounted. I spoke about this experience to everyone in my family to vent about Zales but also to commend Jared because I was truly happy and satisfied with my purchase.Thank you I hope this helps anyone deciding which jewelry store to go to, I know where i will be going from now on.J.C.

Took my mom into our local Jared store in Cary, NC the other day just to obtain a necklace presentation box. She was gifting her granddaughter a beautiful heart-shaped diamond pendant that she’d had for many years as a college graduation gift.Our salesman was Brandon, he was very accommodating and insisted on cleaning and packaging the necklace in its lovely box. He also offered to clean a few rings we were wearing that day. Those came out sparkling as well! Thanks so much to Brandon for taking care of us despite we weren’t actually making a purchase.

Just purchased a Valentines gift for my wife at the Jared’s in Kennesaw. The customer service was great! Rhea was my salesperson and was very helpful by showing me a variety of styles while staying within my budget. Customer service is top notch and is not lost on Jared’s. I’ll return for our 40th anniversary later this year.

Firstly, I enjoy shopping at Jared because they always have pandora charms that are always sold out at Pandora. This however, will be my last time shopping here. I ordered from Jared on July 13th, I never received any form of confirmation that my order was actually placed. Due to COVID-19, I used store pick-up to assure my items would be available for my sisters birthday. I checked my e-mail multiple times no e-mail. After a week of waiting for some form of confirmation, I assumed my order was ready to pick up. I traveled 30 minutes to Jared in NY, Carle’s Place to pick up my items where I was told I needed to make an appointment in order to get inside of the store. I understand the safety measures however nowhere on the Jared site does it mention I needed an appointment. Maybe if they sent a confirmation e-mail they would have stated that but, again I had no e-mail. Very frustrated, I contact the store while I was outside and tried to set up an appointment. I was only picking up items and the store was empty but they were unable to give me an appointment for the same day. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Upon arriving to Jared for the second time, I rang the bell for somebody to answer, no response! I saw one of the sales associates look at me three times and never bothered to inform any other sales associate to open the door. I stood outside for 10 minutes ringing the bell and knocking on the door. If all of the associates were busy I would’ve completely understood but when I finally was let in the store there were 4 associates and only 1 was working with a customer, I found it highly inconsiderate. My three stars are SPECIFICALLY for the associate that helped me. She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience much more pleasant. If it were not for her, I would have returned all the items and kept my money in my pocket. Her customer service and support deserves 10 stars and I greatly appreciate her. Wish I knew her name but I believe her associate ID is 000999998 at Carle Place Commons. Thank you for your service.

While doing some last minute Christmas shopping I decided to stop by Jared in Waldorf, Md.The store was extremely busy, as expected. After waiting a few minutes I was greeted by a gentleman named Paul Zerbian (Inventory Control Manager). Paul was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick out the perfect gift for my daughter. I will gladly continue shopping at Jared. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jared's is a special place for us. They are friendly yet very professional. This was our second purchase. First was exactly 1 year ago for a solitaire diamond. At that time we both liked the Enhancer to compliment the ring. He promised it would be given at a special time! We very happy with our purchases. I wanted to post a picture but never was offered an opportunity.

My son's chain had broke, brought it in and because I had service plan, no questions asked, they got me all set up and fixed. Fonda, my sales consultant was fantastic

I had been trying to locate a specific Breitling Superocean 44 Special for several weeks and got in contact with the Jared Store located over 1500 miles away in Glendale, Arizona. After several phone and text conversations over the course of 3-4 weeks, Saul was able to locate the watch I had been looking for. Saul was extremely patient and professional and NEVER let the sale die, which impressed me more than anything. He even showed me a few other Breitling watches via text that they had on hand and talked to me about new models on the way in. Finding a Breitling Dealer I enjoy dealing with has proved to be difficult, but Saul made this experience extremely pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking for a piece of jewelry or watch in the Glendale area to go pay Saul a visit over at Jared at the Arrowhead Towne Center. Christmas is coming up and I will definitely be reaching out to him for another Breitling time piece in the next few weeks.
