Great store workers are very nice

On 1/17/18 I ordered my daughter an Unicorn mini backpack. I was scared how this process would be due to the reviews. Today (1/20/18) I received my package. I was not expecting it until 5-8 business days. I will be shopping again online with Justice.

All of y’all complaining do realize it was going out of business and items purchased could go out of stock very quickly???????? Any items I placed that I did not get was credited back to my account (that’s why it stays in processing and does not charge your account until it shipped) I placed an order 12/14 (the last order i placed) with no expectations of receiving as I knew their status. Initially my card was processed to check for funds obviously but as the order still says “processing” my account “pending charge “ was dropped . No items, but no money lost either. The company was closing... it was a risk to purchase anything at liquidation prices in the first place....all y’all complaining about not receiving y’all’s item but I’m sure you weren’t even charged for it (check back on your account for a full processed payment) oofffff either way I’m super happy with all the deals I was able to score prior too and sad to see the store go.****BTW using a gift card during liquidation especially when so close to closing online was a bad move... they can’t refund your debit/credit card an amount that was not taken out (common sense people) they could give you a store credit however, that won’t be useful if there’s nothing left to buy... you win, you lose the gamble you took using a gift card in a store that was shutting down.

My girls love your store! I love your store! Especially when you are having a flash sale. I was able to get all of their back to school clothes for a very good deal. We have been shopping with them for years. I love the customer service I get when I walk into the store. I'm honestly about to apply for a job there! I love it that much! Luckily the store near me has openings!

I took my Daughter on a trip for her 14 Birthday,this is the outfit she wore and these are the shoes she wore with her outfit,the shoes came from Justice she love these shoes there Comfortable they fit perfect as well.

Having an 8 year old daughter, I spend quite a bit of money at Justice. I purchased a really cute lace top with a printed image on the front. I washed it exactly as the tag said to and the print came off. It was ruined. I called customer service and provided them with pictures and receipt images. Miss Victoria C. was taking care of my case. Not only was she helpful and professional, but she felt like a friend after speaking with her over a few days. She got me a refund on my purchase and had the gift card emailed to me that day. I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! Thank you so much Miss Victoria and Justice!

I just got off the phone with a representative by the name of Kenderia. I asked how she spells that, as i make notes when calling to pay my bills who i speak with. We even traded a few laughs with how people have to ask how to spell our names..great personality!! She was very pleasant..even asked how my Tuesday was going. I had a very good experience thanks to her. When my daughter and I shop in the stores we've always been well taken care of as well. Thank you Justice :)
