I absolutely love Candlewood Suites. I have stayed at many hotels throughout my life but none have had as much to offer as Candlewood Suites, in particular, the Loveland location. First, the staff is outstanding, warm and friendly consistently. You are always greeted when you walk in the door and they are always helpful. The rooms are always spotless to the credit of the outstanding housekeeping department. They too are friendly, with attention to detail and whatever they clean with creates a nice, clean scent throughout the hotel. I do not worry about the virus because they are always cleaning everything. The rooms are spotless and cookware is always right out of the dishwasher in the room. Beds are wonderful, you will surely get a good nights sleep. Showers are wonderful. And if everything is not in your room, just go to the front desk and ask. They have spotless toaster ovens, blenders, popcorn air popper if you do not wish to use your microwave, blenders, crock pots and I am sure I have forgotten a few others. You do not need to pay extra to use them. They have books if you would like to read and games to play with the family. There is a room to exercise, and a wonderful laundry room to use free of charge. No one has that. They have a cute little shop pretty well equipped with food, snacks and necessities. The decor is warm and classy. The first time I stayed there it was at Christmas time and the decorations were absolutely beautiful, tastefully done. It felt homey. They love animals so you can bring your furry friends. Oh and for you TV lovers they have the greatest selection of channels, you will never be bored watching TV. Parking is easy, I always get a spot by the door. It’s a very safe area, I take my dog for walks. There are restaurants in the area and lots of shopping within a 5 mile radius. They also have a rewards program called IHG where you accumulate points for a free night at their hotels. I had the worst experience with Hotels.com, ,Expedia, Travelocity and Orbitz so I do not do business with them anymore. You can book directly with IHG hotels and they take care of your rewards. Give them a try, you will love them!

That‘s service!! We had booked 7 (seven) stays in Holiday Inn‘s in the USA between May and June. Because of the Corona-virus we can’t travel to the US (we“re from Germany).Only one telephone call and we get 2 days later all our money back to our mastercard.A good company shows itself in a crisis and builds trust!!!! Your costumers will be thankful!!!We‘re looking forward to come next year to the USA and, of course we are going to book all our stays in Holiday Inns!!!!

Durrell is the greatest ever, he has amazing customer service. holiday inn express in Dumfries.

I've been writing regularly over the last week about companies where significant effort was required to secure repayments due to me.I appreciate people and companies are under a lot of stress at the moment but I found a ray of sunshine today when I contacted the Crowne Plaza in Limasol regarding a cancelled trip due to restrictions imposed by the Cypriot authorities.No if no buts! The full amount was immediately refunded and a copy of the transaction confirmation provided.I'm a regular guest of IHG hotels so a bit shout out to the team in Limasol who demonstrated a clear commitment to customer service in these difficult times.

Another great company caring for customers during the coronavirus. Both Customer Services and the hotel I was booked in Hong Kong (non-flexible rates) were supportive. They have refunded in full the money I had paid them despite the original Terms and Conditions of the booking. Thank you. Hopefully once everything settles and is back to normal again reviews naming the companies that were helpful will ensure business comes their way.

Wonderful stay, wonderful hospitality, wonderful reception. Wonder staff, wonderful general manager.

We visited Holiday Inn Temple-Belton,Tx for a funeral. We drove from Florida and stayed 2 nites on the road. It was a breathe of Friendly Fresh Care on arrival and for the next 2 days we found staff in hotel and restaurant X-tra pleasant and helpful, quick to assist and answer questions, and take pictures, bring chairs to the room for family members, accommodating, genuine care for our stay. Staff in dining room were the same! Thank you Katy, front desk manager; Nathalie front desk; Carmen, Kitchen; Edwin, staff; Angelica, Kitchen; and Pauline, server: you all went above and beyond staff duties in kindness, duties and assistance. Bless you all for making a sad occasion an easy one....( we would return). G&S

Just want to give a shout out about two of your employees! Samantha Little and Tre Hanyard! I accidentally made the wrong reservation at another hotel and I went through a third party well they wouldn’t work with me so I had to pay that plus make another reservation at the Desoto Holiday Inn Express! I will let you know I was in town for a funeral and I was probably upset when I made the wrong reservation! Anyway upon arriving and realizing that I had made the wrong reservation I first met Tre at the front desk who in turned got Samantha involved! They both were very concerning that I had made the wrong reservation! They both are exceptional employees! I stay at all Holiday Inn Expresses when I travel! These two employees went above and beyond in helping me! Employees like these should be recognized for their exceptional customer service! Thanks!

Holiday Inn Philadelphia- Cherry Hill is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are traveling for any kind of reason. Rooms were extremely clean, clean sheets on bed, extremely clean bathroom/shower. Breakfast buffet was great and plenty to choose from also they have a room service at a low low fee and a awesome menu to choose from if you don’t want the buffet with the room. Excellent fitness room that walks out to a huge warm beautiful indoor pool. All the staff that works there greets you with a smile and ask if you need anything wherever you walk at in the hotel. If I had to rate this hotel from 1 to 10 it would definitely be a 10+. I have to Bragg on 4 special individuals. Myron and Andrea was over the kitchen and dining room and was very tentative to our needs and constantly asking if we were okay or need anything and just waiting on us and kept a smile and great personality. Now on to Mrs. Tonya who was amazing. The manager here at this hotel also had another lady in training whom name I didn’t get but she was also nice. But we was misunderstood about our booking because we thought breakfast was included but wasn’t but after we were checked in, Tonya through breakfast in there anyway for the confusion online and I had a personal issue to come up where we had 2 nights but she made it possible for 1 night and cancelled the other nite with no fees. Now that’s excellent management. Tonya... hats off to you and your well trained STAFF. Thankyou for a clean enjoyable memorable stay here and if we have to come back this way from anything, your hotel will definitely be out first and only choice. And if anyone reading this from North Carolina and you have to come this way to Philly/ Jersey i totally recommend this hotel if you want a clean clean room and friendly friendly staff enjoyable stay. I stayed at the holiday inn Express in vidor tx for about a month to all of y'all happy Thanksgiving and thank you the kids and I are going to miss it and we are truly blessed I wish everyone many blessings too the kids enjoyed their stay and having a good breakfast before school y'all made our stay very comfortable a situation is what you make of it and with a little imagination it can be a great adventure opening your self up for anything opens your world to new beginnings all you have to do is take big breaths and make the best of it and you will see how adventurous it can be thank you again glad we got to have an adventure at such a great place and wonderful people

We booked a reservation for two nights at Candlewood Suites in Franklin, Tn. The hotel itself was very nice, the service-not so much. One of our room keys didn’t work. We went to the front desk to ask to be moved for our second night if the people above us were staying another night. They were very noisy, either kids jumping around or someone bouncing a ball late into the night and early in the morning. The person at the desk said that the people were checking out and wouldn’t be there another night (but they were still there). We were out for the day, when we got back our key didn’t work at all! They had only made our keys for only one night. They didn’t come in to clean the room at all. Didn’t make beds or pick up dirty towels and replace. Had to call about TV not working properly. We are gold cardMembers and thought the service would’ve better.

I’m a travel RN and I’ve had the opportunity to experience many types of lodging during my work travel assignments and I must say that the Candlewood Suites located in Richfield, Minnesota is BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’VE HAD THUS FAR...from Management to Maintenance Crew they rock...Selena is awesome an and has been amazing throughout my 3 Month stay thus far...she and the crew are efficient while catering to the needs of the guests...There’s a Front Desk Clerk by the name of LAQUISHA that is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING... I had to take a last minute flight home for the weekend and this young lady WENT OVER AND BEYOND HER CALL OF DUTY in assisting me as I prepared for this unexpected trip...because of her attention to detail and dedication to SINCERELY SERVING the guests of the hotel my stress was FULLY RELIEVED AND I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HER and someone in upper management needs to know that she is an ABSOLUTELY AN ASSET TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT...KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK...I’m DEFINITELY TEAM CANDLEWOOD NOW.Michelle Smith
